We offer plenty of time to order and pay for cocktails and spirits along the way.
We try very hard to accommodate guests with dietary issues, and especially food allergies but please remember, some restaurants have limited items available.
Tours are 3-hour tasting and walking tours where you will enjoy an exciting food tasting experience while walking through the squares and historic district of the Hostess City of the South. Tours are suitable for all ages.

What To Expect
Savannah Historic District
Our team has been doing guided walking tours of Historic downtown Savannah for over 20 years. After many years previously spent in Savannah's culinary scene, it made sense to combine the two. Savannah's foodie seen has really taken off and we wanted to showcase our own spin of Southern Flavors. While strolling through the city squares and Historic District of Downtown. This is how Southern Flavors of Savannah was born.
Historic River Street
Our WALKING tours cover the areas between Broughton Street and River Street. Our goal is to give you a small taste of some of your new Savannah favorites. We have a diverse food culture that spotlights more than just our southern cuisine. Our tour includes flavors from around the world offered by a plethora of restaurants available here in our Hostess city. You will have a full day of flavors as you indulge in 6 different locations to give you a taste of our favorite foods in town. We will show off some local gems that shine in that southern sun. In around 3 hours, you will have a whole new idea of Southern flavors and Savannah charm. As you walk, you will learn about Savannah’s long and fascinating history as Georgia’s hostess city of the South. From the first wooden ships to cross the Atlantic Ocean, to the city’s secret history, we will talk all things Savannah. Due to the number of restaurants Savannah has to offer, our stops are often rotated.

5.00Christina was absolutely amazing! We learned so much. We laughed so much. And all the food stops were fantastic. We even went back to one of the places on our own after the tour. The best part about the tour was definitely Christina. She was so knowledgeable about the city's history and culture. She answered questions, debunked myths and shared stories that were not in the usual literature for tourists. She loves this city and it shows. Can't recommend this tour more highly!

3.00When going to the restaurants, we appreciated that they had tables assigned for our group, and servers ready to take our orders. Some places food was good, others just okay. Maybe because of the weather conditions, the historical tour was not what we expected.

4.00Very good sampling of a variety of Savannah Southern fare. I particularly liked the pralines and the grouper bites. I'd doo it again, and recommend it for others too. You do walk a bit, so wear comfy shoes.

5.00This was a fun tour. Our guide Christine was incredibly knowledgeable about the city. We learned a some history of the city, made a nice lap around the historic district, and all the food stops were good. My wife and I are vegetarian and part vegetarian and they were able to accommodate us with different food while still maintaining the southern flavor. It was nice being able to grab a drink at each place if we wanted. All and all, a very good combination of a traditional walking tour with good food and drinks along the way.

5.00Christina is very knowledgeable. She made the entire experience fun. Her expertise started before the tour..sh called to confirm and check dietary restrictions. During conversation I said we had never been to Savannah. She gave us great tips that probably saved us $100+ in parking and Ubers

5.00Tried so many legendary dishes from the south, plenty of food to taste something new at each spot while also learning about Savannah. Christina was on point, very insightful and accommodating. Felt like I was hanging out with a long lost pal. She is a true guide, born and raised in Savannah. Best fried green tomatoes hands down, the sliders, grouper, and don’t get me started on the cocktails. The Irish breakfast shot, and the pickle martini waO!!! Will repeat.
