A group of 8 of us, two families, booked a private day tour from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. It exceeded expectations and our guide (Donovan) was top notch. I thought that trying to herd 8 of us of varying ages and “speeds” could frustrate and cause issues, but Donovan rolled with the flow and never made us feel pushed or behind. Always adapting, he made so many great stops on the 13 hour day and had so much knowledge to share. With kids ranging in age from 10-18, all left saying it was an awesome day, which in this day and age of electronics, made the trip well worth it. Hearing my 18 year old son gasp (and use colorful language!) when he saw the Grand Canyon will forever be a memory. As for the van, it was top of the line and made it a super comfortable trip. We made lots of pit stops throughout the day and never felt like we were in the van too long. Overall, if you are in Phoenix and are not sure of how to get to see the Grand Canyon and Sedona, this tour takes care of it all for you.

Everyone should make an effort to see the Grand Canyon. The beauty is breathtaking. Mark our tour guide was vey knowledgeable about everything and made sure he got all the information in and to answer your questions. I would recommend this tour guide company to others visiting the area.

Mark was a perfect driver and tour guide. He knew the best way to access the Grand Canyon and saved us so much time we would have wasted if we were on our own. Beautiful and scenic rides and great stories and history lessons. Highly recommend this guide and this company.

We were in Peoria for a week and have never been to the Grand Canyon. We booked this tour through our resort. The bus picked us up at a nearby McDonalds. The group was a total of 13 people in a nice touring van with large windows. Our tour guide was Jordan who was very informative and explained a lot about the area and geography throughout the drive. We stopped every hour for breaks. This is an excellent day tour if you cannot be in Sedona or Grand Canyon for very long. We enjoyed it very much and highly recommend.

My mom, daughter, and I had a wonderful day exploring the Grand Canyon without any of the usual stress of figuring out parking or hunting for the best viewpoints. Everything was handled for us, which made the whole experience feel care free. Our tour guide, Mark, was truly a character in the best way. I’m pretty sure he talked for the full 12 hours. He had a sharp eye for spotting wildlife, shared interesting facts about the area, and clearly enjoys both his job and meeting new people. He even doubled as the group photographer, making sure everyone got great pictures. We were surprised that Sedona was included, but it turned out to be a really nice bonus, especially since we were too tired to make a separate trip there from Phoenix. The company itself was extremely organized, punctual, and safe from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and a memorable day for all of us.

The tour was great. We had a very nice tour guide who was knowledgeable and friendly. Also, they emailed me with the details of the tour. I didn’t see the email so I didn’t respond. They were nice enough to call me to make sure I had my pick up time. Extra ordinary customer service. We took the ground tour and the helicopter tour. The both were fantastic but the helicopter tour was super cool because we could see the full canyon. As a science teacher it was great to see what teach in person like the fault lines and the sedimentary ricks close up. Fantastic tour I recommend it to anyone going to the Grand Canyon.

Several colleagues have taken same tour with different experiences. Depends on the tour guide and number of pick up locations. Due to reports I had seen and heard I had higher expectations. I was able to get many photos fortunately. Tour guide cut most attractions short, including Grand Canyon and Sedona due to stated time restrictions. Could either shop or have dinner. No separate dinner stop. Appeared to be ill and coughing entire trip. Stated several times he only knew what he had to because of the places advertised and other tour guides were better versed in the history and surroundings. Ride home was scarier than ride there, with bus going about 80 mph and shaking. Fell asleep once but woke to tires off road in gravel. Also bus was not blowing cold air. Instead of turning it down, hot air was blown for entire ride. We were told the bus would be looked at for AC malfunction. Some of us not dropped off where we were picked up again due to “time.” Major inconvenience and not as advertised. The time spent waiting could have gotten us to their destinations. If I were to do again, I would take a tour from Sedona to have more time in the areas of Sedona, and the Grand Canyon national park.

I cannot warn other travelers enough: STAY AWAY FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL OPERATOR. I flew to Arizona specifically for this Sedona and Grand Canyon tour. As a surgeon, my time is extremely limited and my schedule is planned months in advance. Despite this, the company had the audacity to cancel my tour just 40 minutes before departure—not because of weather or an emergency, but because they 'did not have a quorum.' To make matters worse, they never notified me. I was left waiting for a pickup that was never coming. It wasn't until I went through a chat representative and my Chase Sapphire Reserve Travel office that I was finally told the trip was off because "It was only you who had a reservation for today". Because they waited until the absolute last second to cancel, every other reputable tour in Phoenix was already fully booked. To ensure this trip wasn't a total loss, I have been forced to extend my stay in Arizona and make major, emergency arrangements at my hospital to cover my absence. Their lack of communication and total disregard for a traveler's time—especially a professional with a medical schedule—is appalling. Do not trust them with your vacation or your time. They are unreliable and unreachable when things go wrong.

Fantastic tour that took us to the best Grand Canyon sites. Tracy was an amazing guide who answered all the questions. I learned a lot about the entire area of the tour. The tour size was just right and everyone followed the allotted time for sightseeing and returned to leave on time. We got a discount through our Bluegreen ownership so the price was incredible but I would have paid full price for the convenience of a tour.
