  RUN AWAY! I had booked my excursion on the phone to be sure I had a Francophone guide, I had oral confirmation and then written but we had an Anglophone guide (without even being informed). In addition, the excursion was cancelled the day before, then rescheduled that morning! When I applied for compensation, Viator refused on the ground that it was the claimant who was responsible, whereas it was Viator who had contractually committed to provide me with a defined benefit and was liable for compensation. After several reminder emails, Viator didn't even deign to reply.. Irresponsible, disrespectful and contemptuous of its customers, Viator is the worst travel organization I have ever had to deal with!

  The tour operator was amazing. He was so versed in history of the areas & the lunch that was included was incredible. The mini van was warm and so comfortable!

  I chose this tour as it announced that you could choose in Spanish, even at checkout it gave you to choose the language from a list, which I selected Spanish, but the tour was completely in English, it was worth the tour but it was not what was announced and chosen.

  It is not in Spanish, there is no translator or guide in Spanish, which may cause loss of tour information to non-bilingual people, nor is water offered or souvenir advertised. There is also no stop at the wine tasting

  The power of Niagara Falls was amazing. I boarded a Niagara City Cruises ship on the Canadian side. Near the basin was more powerful than I had imagined. It was a very enjoyable day thanks to our tour driver and guide Johnny.

  We booked a tour from Toronto to Niagara Falls for 3 persons as a SMALL GROUP TOUR with Lunch option in a van of no more that 7 individuals.. A small coach picked up up at the hotel as listed then DROPPED US at the airport to join a 50+ passenger bus for the tour. We specifically booked the SMALL GROUP because one of our group has mobility issues and we DID NOT want to get LOST in the crowd , slow down a large group or be left behind. The ad for this tour stated it was not wheelchair accessible and we clarified that it was "Standing Walker: accessible. (The walker was dumped into underbelly storage and not secured. We could hear it banging around the compartment during the entire trip at turns and stops.) At the stop in Niagara for the water ride near the falls the entire group of 43 individuals was given a quick here are your tickets for "boat ride" and for those having lunch meet at "pointed to a restaurant" at "specific time" & then the driver VANISHED. It was only after the boat ride and speaking with another driver (from the same tour company) that it was clarified just where the restaurant was. The RESCUE DRIVER had a small group out on the boat ride (he checked both the time & his schedule to insure he would not miss his group) and provided transportation for us to the restaurant. It was across a busy tourist car & bus filled street, uphill and about 3 blocks away. Our member with limited stamina for walking could not have made the it without his assistance. I chose to not do a review until after our travels ended and we've returned home. Yes, Niagara Falls was amazing but the experience getting there was NOT AS ADVERTISED - I feel we should be refunded at least 50% of the $558.39 fee we paid. Nancy N-K

  This was not a small group as we expected. More importantly the van was old and in dire need of shock absorber . We really bounced around. We should get part refund for the discomfort, or we are unable to use via tot again! Driver and tour were fine!

  My tour was at 8:30 am, a few minutes before I was canceled, then I was told to take the 1:30 pm tour, they hit 4 and didn't arrive for me, so I asked for my refund, you lousy Service.

  It was alright but nothing to write home about. The bus had to ac and was in a poor shape. The driver and the tour guides were nice.
