After reading some of the reviews, I had neutral expectations about this tour. But it was actually wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves chocolate I felt that I learned a ton about the Genesis of Swiss chocolate and I felt the factory was so generous in allowing us to taste different versions of chocolate. Well, worth the price of a ticket and the walk from the train!

We had such a good day there. Whoever did the displays in the 4 rooms did a fantastic job

The museum itself was a good one if we had bought it from the official site.. however the agency we bought it from had nearly tripled the price. Then they would send you this ‘digital plan’ like an itinerary but none of that was included. I would not recommend buying from third parties

Please be aware for what you are buying the ticket for. We were looking for a ticket to the Lindt factory tour, but ended up buying a Zurich city tour, which included tickets to the Lindt factory. Spent 45 francs per ticket when the same tickets were available for 17 franks at the factory itself. Overspent 56 franks!!!

We had a fantastic time on the Van Gogh Museum Last-Minute Flexible Entry experience! The flexible entry made everything so easy and stress-free — no waiting in long ticket lines, and we could go right in at our chosen time. The museum itself was breathtaking, and the stories behind the paintings came alive as we explored at our own pace. Originally, my husband thought the visit might be “boring,” but he ended up loving it and thought it was both interesting and beautiful. The crowd was small when we went — just our group — which made the experience feel personal and relaxed. If you love art and want an effortless way to enjoy one of Amsterdam’s most iconic museums, this flexible entry option is perfect! couldn’t recommend it more!

Yes, it was a very nice experience. Everything was beautiful and well organized. The views were amazing and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. People were friendly and helpful. I truly enjoyed my time there. Never miss this while in Switzerland.

Well done exhibit. Learned a lot. Easy walk from train station. Only slight negative is over communication from Trip Advisor on how to get there. In the end. We got no information. But we didn't need it .easy to figure out on Google Maps

Absolute awful experience paid soo much for a 10 minute walk around the museum not good at all, cadburys museum is much better and worth the money. Paid for four tickets, 2 were given a different time with 2 kids and wanted over half n hour trying to sort out and then got told your tickets are booked for the next three days everyday how is that possible???. Want a full refund as this was absolutely awful and not worth it all.
