This is Sedona’s rugged high-country climb up iconic Schnebly Hill Road to the Mogollon Rim. You’ll travel in a roomy Jeep Gladiator to panoramic overlooks with sweeping views of Merry Go Round Rock, Munds Mountain, and miles of red rock canyon country most visitors never reach. As a locally owned Sedona company, we keep the experience personal and friendly, with guides who guests consistently rave about for their energy, geology storytelling, and photo-stop timing. Expect a true off-road adventure with big elevation gains, dramatic scenery, and a steady, safety-first pace.
Important: This is a very bumpy ride. No children under 4. Not recommended for pregnant travelers or anyone with neck/back issues.

Your tour begins when you meet your guide in Sedona and strap yourself into a trusty Jeep for a wild desert adventure. When everyone is settled, ascend a 100-year-old wagon trail to the edge of the Colorado Plateau, and cruise along Bear Wallow Canyon, taking in mesmerizing views of red rock cliffs juxtaposed with winding highways.

5.00We had the best time on our Jeep adventure. Adam was our driver and he was awesome. He was fun, engaging and not just reading a script. He made sure everybody was comfortable and knew everyone's names. Also a great photographer. We will definitely be booking another tour with Arizona Safari next time we are in Sedona. Thanks, Adam!!!

5.00The 4x4 trip on Schnebly Hill with Brad was a lot of fun. Brad told us a lot of local history, making the ride interesting. He gave us tips on other things to do while we are in Sedona. We felt very safe in the vehicle and enjoyed the hike on merry-go-round rock. Thanks, Brad!!

5.00We did the sunset tour. It was absolutely beautiful! Adam our tour guide was so knowledgeable, friendly kind, funny and a great driver. I would highly recommend using this Jeep company over any other one in the area as their jeeps truly are the best ones out there We had a great time. It was a blast!!

5.00I wish I could rate Adam and Safari Jeep Tours more than 5 stars. His knowledge of the area from geology, history, local lore, celebrities to the best places to eat was incredible and so naturally presented. It was like having your best friend in the driver's seat. Some tours can be overwhelming with information but he had the perfect mixture. We did the Rim Run tour and the views were incredible 🙌 10/10 I'm so glad we didn't book with the "other guys". Thanks for an awesome tour and sharing your playground with us :)

5.00We went on a 2 hour tour with Adam and it was a blast. It was the perfect mixture of practical geography, local history and culture. The views were incredible but the stories and information Adam shared with us was seamlessly integrated into the tour in a way that felt so natural. It was like having your best friend in the driver's seat. I'm so glad that we chose to book with Safari Jeep Tours instead of the Pink Jeep Tours. I would highly recommend any of the tours solely on my experience with Adam and the girls at the front desk.. and nothing is better than supporting a fully local business.

5.00You’ll be on top of the world with some amazing views and great guide. Our guide, Cowboy Bob, was exceptional with stopping at the most amazing spots for pictures and showed us the old wagon trail. Bob told us about the movies made in the different areas, showed us fossils and talked of the energy of the area. He was a rock star and we loved every minute of the ride. The jeep seats were very cushioned for a comfortable ride up to the top.
