The Escapade du Soir is a guided tour of the Basque coastline between Hendaye and Guéthary. You will discover the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, the Basque cornice, the bay of Loya, the castle of Abbadia, the port of Guéthary and the cliffs of Bidart. Each of these places is rich in a historical past.

A glass of wine will be offered during the outing.

Upon arrival in the harbour of St Jean de Luz Paul suggested we head towards Hendaye. (The other option was towards Biarritz). Seeing this stretch of coastline from the water was really beautiful. The rock formations, the different villages.. everything. Paul is a very reliable boatsman with plenty to tell about all the places the boat passes. We loved how fast the boat could go :) We would for sure book again and probably a longer trip, as the two hours on the oceanboat flew by. Merci Paul!
