We visited a sake brewery and saw many of the tools and equipment used in the brewing process. The owner gave very detailed explanations, and the interpreter was also very attentive in assisting with translation and additional introductions. The visual, picture-based explanations made everything easy to understand. We also tasted several kinds of sake, and the ones produced at the brewery were exceptionally good. I highly recommend buying some!

It was such a memorable visit! Everyone at the brewery was super professional, and the interpreter did a great job too. They explained the sake-making process in a really clear way and answered all our questions patiently. The other two staff members who guided us were also really friendly and easy to talk to, and could speak both English and Japanese. The three sake samples we tried at the end were so good that I just couldn’t stop myself from buying a bottle before leaving. I’m pretty sure I’ll be coming back to AMAZURYU brewery again!
