What To Expect
Departures from the Honfleur and Le Havre cruise terminals are scheduled every 90 minutes until 12:30 p.m., with shuttles easily recognizable thanks to a sign displaying the Normandy Premium Tours logo. Please choose the departure port option according to your terminal. After enjoying a few hours in Étretat, you can take the return shuttle which starts its services at 3:00 p.m. from the main car park in Étretat, to take you back comfortably to the corresponding cruise terminal. Be sure to let your driver know the exact time you would like to be picked up for return. For greater simplicity and comfort, reception is from the bus station in Étretat and the cruise terminals in Le Havre or Honfleur.

Prompt but a challenge locating him initially

3.00Driver was prompt and was flexible with drop off and pick up location/ times which was very much appreciated. One negative was we were told he would have a sign with business logo and our name. Had hard time locating him as he was outside his vehicle smoking. No sign in sight. Had to text him after attempting to locate WiFi. Then throat and eyes were irritated from the cigarette smoke on his clothing after he had smoked. Alas, we arrived safely with no further issue.

1.00Unfortunately this was not a good experience and the first poor experience ever with Viator after booking many tours. The driver was 1/2 hour late picking up and then 20 minutes late on the return pickup and smelled of alcohol. We were on a cruise ship and didn’t need the anxiety of returning to the ship late.

5.00We booked a round trip transfer from the Le Havre Cruise Terminal to Etretat. The service provided was excellent. The vehicle was extremely roomy and comfortable and the driver very courteous. We were picked up on the dot at 9am, the pre arranged time. When we arrived in Etretat we agreed with the driver that he would pick us up at 2pm and he was spot on time again. The communications from the company both before and after our trip were excellent. On the day of our tour the driver communicated with us via WhatsApp. We had a beautiful day in Etretat and would highly recommend this company.

5.00Perfect option if you want to do your own thing. Our ship was docked in Honfleur, so we used this round trip service to take us to Etretat, France. We spent the day sightseeing the cliffs, the Je Gardin, lunch at Dormy House and walked the town. Best ice cream I’ve ever had! Driver was very nice and spoke great English.
