Taos is a town in northern New Mexico’s high desert, bounded by the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. It’s known for historic adobe buildings such as Taos Pueblo, a multistory adobe complex inhabited by Native Americans for centuries. A longtime artist colony, Taos also offers many galleries and museums showcasing regional artwork, including the Harwood Museum of Art and the Taos Art Museum. ― Google

I’m so glad I choose this experience. It was amazing! Our guide, Ben was so knowledgeable, funny and personable. He made the experience feel personal not business like. The scenery was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.

We had a great time whitewater rafting in Taos! The experience was fun and relaxed, with fairly calm waters but still a few splashes to keep it exciting. It ended up being a perfect introduction for us—and we’re already thinking we’re ready for the next level next time! Ben was a fantastic guide. He made us feel safe the entire time and shared a lot of knowledge about the area, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The snacks were a great touch, and everything felt easy, well-organized, and fun from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Ben, was a wonderful guide and was very knowledgeable about the area. Although I was worried because it was quite cold, the rafting was great. We were provided with gear that kept us comfortable. Im so glad we didn’t cancel as this was the highlight of our trip!

The most amazing experience. Can’t recommend it enough. Our guide Billy was absolutely brilliant. 3 hours of rafting down 5 miles of rapids with beautiful areas of calm in between to spot wildlife and take in the scenery. Billy was very knowledgeable about the local geography, having spent 36 years in the Rio Grande river area. He also packed biscuits and water for a stop off at a tiny beach area on the river. Definitely one ticked off our bucket list. If you’re considering it - book it! Note - there is also a great photographer who gives you a QR code to scan at the end so you can buy some action shots!

Seth, our guide, had to unstick our raft from the rocks 3 times. He did it and we had a fun time going down the river. The water is a little low. We had fun.

We were rained out. We will be back! Billy is very accommodating. Cold, rainy, not our thing! Blah blah blah.

Billy is very skilled and knowledgeable. Not only was the trip fun, it was also interesting to learn about different things Billy had to share.

Billy went above and beyond to make this happen! With only two rafters, he rowed and we paddled. While it wasn't the high water, splashing adventure one typically thinks of - he skillfully navigated in low water to prevent hitting rocks and getting stuck. If that wasn’t enough, this man is brilliant- identified wildlife, shared geological information, & knows the local history! Highly recommend!

We took the 1/2 day race course rafting trip on the Rio Grande. Brian, our guide, was knowledgeable about the rocks & history, as well as a great guide, telling us how & when to paddle. Brian did most of the paddling, letting us relax & enjoy.
