5.00Asif was extremely punctual, and I truly appreciated how well he stayed informed about our flight and arrival time. As soon as we landed, I immediately received a welcome message. The drive to our hotel was excellent—he is very friendly and highly knowledgeable about both Buffalo, New York, and Canada. He answered every question we had (and I had many!), which made the experience even better. On our departure date, Robby was was prompt, and communication was superb. Both drivers were exceptional, absolutely no worries from start to finish! I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. 🤗

3.00Could have taken a taxi for way less. Driver attempted to sell us tours take us places for more money after the $440 I paid. Ended up at a tourist trap cafeteria style eatery instead of going to our hotel where there were 2 restaurants. Got Covid from that place driver took us to. It was packed with hundreds of people from bus tours.
