What To Expect
YehLiu Geopark
Yehliu is a cape on Taiwan’s northern coast best known for Yehliu Geopark, where sea erosion has shaped honeycomb and mushroom rocks such as the iconic Queen’s Head and Dragon’s Head. The area is mostly flat but offers little shade, so sun protection is advised during summer.
Shifen Waterfall
Shifen Waterfall is Taiwan’s most famous cascade, fed by the Keelung River, and measures about 20 meters (66 feet) high and 40 meters (131 feet) wide. Reaching the viewing platform takes about a 30-minute walk, partly shaded and crossing a suspension bridge.

5.00Our tour guide Vincent was awesome! He was genuinely friendly and quickly made friends with our kids, making sure they were engaged and having a good time. He catered the trip to our interests, never rushing us off to the next spot just for the sake of checking off a list. Like coffee? Ok, there's a place you have to try. Need more time shopping? No problem, take your time. Vincent knows Taiwan like the back of his hand, but he shared his knowledge in a way that made it fun and engaging. We couldn't have asked for a better time in Yehliu and Jiufen. Make sure to ask for Vincent!

5.00We booked the 8 hour version of this tour. Jackson was our driver. We also booked the 3 day trip to Sun Moon Lake and Alishan. Ben was the driver. Both of them were very professional. They spoke English well, and were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The cars were very comfortable and spacious. Everything went smoothly, including the communication with the office. We truly enjoyed our time, and would recommend them to any friend who's interested in a private tour.

5.00Such a great tour, my guide was amazing funny lively, knew all the right spots to take great pictures even though we encountered a lot of rain. It was still a great fun day filled with lots of fun memories. Highly highly highly recommend this to anybody coming to Taiwan to be able to experience and see the natural greenery outside of Taipei.

5.00Vincent is the best tour guide ever I met before. He picked us up at the hotel we stayed with his big van on time. He surprised, entertained, took care of our kids from the beginning to the end with his great heart. Me, my wife and others could relax and had amazing experiences in Jiufen and Yehliu Geopark. He knows everything even secret shortcuts and also booked the best seat, the top and corner of the mountain at the restaurant. I think nobody can make a reservation on the seat without him. With closing the day tour we had unforgettable memory writing wishes on lanterns and let them fly with funny stuff. I highly recommend him and this tour to everyone from all countries. For treating our kids like family, thank you Vincent and see you again.

5.00Overall great experience. All the fees for admissions were covered in the price so there were no additional charges that we had to worry about. Our driver and guide Caleb communicated really well with pick-up. He really took his time with us and we never ever felt rushed. Caleb was friendly and informative about the sites and activities. He was also very thoughtful for suggesting an alternative path for my mom and aunt who are seniors. Overall it's a nice way to see more of Taiwan on a very good day trip. The sea is beautiful and weather was perfect. The waterfall was very nice and it was good to see the lush forest. Jiufen is iconic, but understandably very crowded. It's highly recommended if you want to check a bunch of things off your to-do list.
