5.00Sherilyn hosted our tour and was excellent. We had a wonderful time. She worked hard collaborating with us to set a great itinerary for the tour. We saw everything we asked to see, plus more. Sherilyn is very personable and informative providing a lot of information along the way, including history and architecture insights. She even found some great views of Cherry Tree blossoms. The tour tempo was perfect for us. We would highly recommend Sherilyn and this tour.

5.00⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an incredible day with Ack—truly one of the highlights of our time in Tokyo. From the moment he met us at our hotel, everything was seamless and thoughtfully planned. He took the time to understand our interests and customized the entire tour around my daughter’s passion for technology, which made the experience especially meaningful. A standout moment was visiting Miraikan – National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation and experiencing the AI suitcase—something we would have never found on our own. With Ack’s guidance, it became one of the most impactful parts of our trip. What truly set Ack apart was how he connected with my daughter, who is blind. He was patient, attentive, and naturally inclusive, making sure she could fully engage in every part of the experience. That meant more than we can say. He also went above and beyond—spending extra time with us and helping us navigate transportation afterward. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and highly personalized guide in Tokyo, we highly recommend Ack.
