5.00Junior was a great driver he had excellent planned breaks and suggestions for our family. The dumpling lunch spot was probably the best meal we had in Taiwan! The gorge was wonderful with so many photo opportunities.

5.00Our tour guide was Steven and from the start he was outstanding! He gave us an itinerary the day before that laid out everything we were going to do and the rough timeline. He picked us up right at 7am and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took us to all the great places we wanted to go and gave us great background on the area. He gave great recommendations for lunch and made sure we were back on time. I cannot recommend him enough! Thanks Steven!!

5.00Our guide Steven was an excellent driver/guide for our trip to Taroko Gorge. It is a beautiful place and we enjoyed seeing many gorgeous overlooks . We also made stops along the way and Kevin was open to suggestions. We really liked eating at the tribal restaurant and seeing the beach right next to the airforce base. We could see many fighter jets coming and going right over head. That was really cool. It was like being at an airshow. It was our first trip to Taiwan and this tour great.

5.00Excellent tour. Our tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable. However, Taroko gorge was heavily damaged by the earthquake two years ago so some hiking trails are closed.

5.00Steven L looked after us fantastically. He was a great guide. Explained everything very well. We got to see all the sights and had plenty of time at each stop. There is no doubt the best lunch choice is the Indigenous set meal. The food was great and the setting and staff were very welcoming. We’d definitely recommend this day trip to anyone. Taroko gorge is simply beautiful

5.00If I could I would give 10 stars for this amazing experience. Hicks Wang Really went out of his way to allow me to experience Taiwanese culture, nature and history. Very knowledgeable was able to answer every of my million curious questions. Knew all the secret spots, photo hot places. Took care of safety, comfort and adjusted to every wish. Full of humor and kindness. The places we have visited were truly stunning and spectacular. Canon, river, sea shore and cliffs gave me to true experience of Taiwan variety. Even if one of the places in the itinerary was closed to look due to road works the guide made sure to compensate by taking me to even better view spots. The restaurant suggested was delicious and local - giving another glimpse of indigenous Taiwan people’s lives. And it was not pushed tourist spot but authentic and really tasty place. Thank You for everything- this experience will stay with me!

Great Taroko Gorge Tour with Steven

5.00We had a great day with our driver and guide Steven. The tour started with a drive to Taroko Gorge. Although all of the trails and some of the roadways were closed due to earthquake damage, it was a very worthwhile trip just to take in all of its scenic beauty. We made several stops within the park for photos and did a short walk up to the temple. After a few hours, we went to Xincheng where Steven dropped us off for lunch at a noodle restaurant which was very good. Finally, the last stop was Qixingtan Beach with its grey pebbles and beautiful scenery. Steven was a great guide, and communication was very easy. He explained anything we needed to know about Taroko, and gave us different lunch options. Thanks, Steven!
