  Ashton took us on an amazing tour of Singapore!! He coordinated and communicated with us so we could have the best experience possible!! We went on the river cruise where we saw the laser show and then also went to Gardens by the bay for fun activities and gorgeous light show!!! Ashton continued to facilitate our time in Singapore even after the tour was completed. He sent us advice on what to see and where to eat on the following day even though he wasn’t going to be our guide. He also gave us information on navigating the airport to best use our time there. We loved Singapore and wouldn’t hesitate to ask Ashton to be our guide again should we return

  Mr. Ang put together a perfect itinerary for us. We took a short river cruise, saw a light show in the harbor, and saw the Christmas lights at Gardens by the Bay. What's more, he gave us a much better understanding of life in Singapore. We recommend this tour heartily.

  This tour was originally for 5 hours but it can be customised. I did not need to visit the first 2 stops in the original itinerary (i.e. Chinatown, Little India, and Clarke Quay). Therefore, I should be able to cut 1.5 hours off the tour. So, I booked the 4-hour customised tour instead. The tour operator (My Singapore Holiday) then sent me a list of attractions to choose from, and it included SkyPark observation Deck as an option. I sent them back a WhatsApp message confirming that I did not need to visit Chinatown, Little India and Clarke Quay and wanted to visit the rest of the attractions in the original itinerary plus SkyPark access through Ce la Vi Sky Bar. It was fine at that point. Then, the actual driver Lynn messaged me. I told her the above and mentioned that I would also like to see the exterior of the Apple istore at Marina Bay. She said she would try her best to squeeze all that in within the number of hours that I booked for. Shortly after I got into her car, she indicated to me that there was not enough time to do everything on my list. She told me that I should have booked the 5-hour tour instead. Rather than treating me like a guest, she was putting the blame on me right in the beginning. That was terrible customer service. (My advice to her is: Don't bite the hand that feeds you.) I later decided not to do the SkyPark. At the end, I did everything on my list except SkyPark. By the way, the Apple istore could be seen while walking on my way to the Marina Bay Sands light show anyway. So, it did not take much extra time to do so. I also only spent about 45 minutes at Lau Pa Sat (satay street). So, even when I was not visiting the first 2 stops in the original itinerary, I was only able to squeeze in a brief photo stop of the Apple istore. Although I enjoyed the places that I visited in this tour, and I accepted that the itinerary was tight, I did not feel that I got the full value out of it, especially when it comes to customer service. If you know where you want to visit, you would be better off calling a taxi (through an app) each time. That way, it would be cheaper overall, and you would travel in your own pace and go wherever you wish.

  We booked a private driver for a 5 hour tour of Singapore. The company contacted us with a proposed itinerary but said we could design a tour to our needs. We did not want to see typical tourist spots. We wanted a driver familiar with the area who could take us to off the beaten path spots. We wanted to see how people live, how the locals interact with each other, to essentially experience the culture. We were picked up at our hotel by Lynn in a superbly clean, air conditioned car. She had expert knowledge of the area, of the people, of the history and took us to amazing places. She also would then email us additional information about every place we stopped so we would have this to go with our pictures. We would highly recommend Lynn and this Singapore Tour Company to anyone wanting an amazing experience. This tour is most definitely the highlight of our vacation.

  Our Edsol was the perfect tour guide for us while in Singapore. He was born and raised here so he knew where the hot spots to take us. We went to the Marina Bay Sands, the mall that was right there which was Very impressive, the dancing trees at night, took us to a local restaurant that had amazing food, boat tour on the river and gave us a great tour of all the high lights of his beautiful city. We will be back!

  We were not sure what to expect but it was one of the best tours we have taken. Our driver Kenneth made sure we saw all the amazing sights including 2 fantastic lighting shows, making sure we got plenty of photo opportunities making sure we had plenty of great memories.His knowledge of this amazing city and also his countries history was priceless. We thank you.
