For airport pickups, the date selected at checkout should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 May, please select 1 May)

If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.

For departure transfers, your professional driver will meet you at your hotel lobby at the confirmed pickup time and assist with your luggage before driving you comfortably to Phuket International Airport. All vehicles are privately arranged for your booking only. Travel in an air-conditioned car, minivan, or suitable vehicle depending on your group size and luggage. Drivers are licensed, experienced, and familiar with Phuket hotel areas.

5.00I had a wonderful experience with My Holiday Centre for my hotel to airport transfer. Although I didn't realize it was also known as My Phuket Holiday, so when I saw the driver arrive in a My Phuket Holiday shirt, I didn't know he was there for me. But once that was cleared up, I was happy with his early arrival. He seemed to arrive just as I was feeling ready to head to the airport although my pickup time hadn't come yet. Even though it was rainy evening with heavy traffic, the ride was smooth and relaxing. The driver let me know how much time remained in the trip as we got closer to the airport, so I was able to shake off my grogginess and get ready to tackle the airport.

3.00I have used this company before and they were excellent thus booked with them again. The good first. They arrived on time and the price was reasonable. The average. No water was offered to me. The driver was rude. I asked him a general chit chat question which he clearly understood and then told me he didn't understand English and turned the radio on. I became car sick due to the erratic nature of his driving. This driver let this excellent business down
