This is probably my third time doing this tour and every time there's new things to learn (and perhaps some of the original pieces sink in a bit better). Very well done. First time doing the tour with younger participants and he did a great job customizing towards things that would be more interesting for them. Feels like you get a really good understanding of St Augustine and the different periods by the end. Also a nice way to get around and see more things outside of the more touristy center city.

Dale was our guide and was a pleasure to tour historic St Augustine with. He covered over 400 years of stories and historical anecdotes. You’d be hard pressed to find someone as knowledgeable and fluent in the living history of the area and all the beautiful buildings and architecture.

After having had a prior disappointing private tour the day before I was extremely skeptical of this tour. I was so pleasantly surprised to not only enjoy the experience but to learn so much about St. Augustine’s multi- faceted history. All the credit goes to our tour guide Tom. I’ve been in countless tours all over the world but can honestly say that Tom’s ability to bring a city to life for his customers is top notch. First he was pleasant and put us at ease. Then he explained what we were going to cover and why. Then throughout the 90 minutes proceeded to share wonderful stories of the history of the city that was both captivating and educational. I couldn’t believe how quickly the tour came to an end. In addition, Tom was nice enough to come pick me and my 97 year old mom up and drop us off at our hotel which was close to the tour operator’s location. Private tours are pricey and as customers we have high expectations and expect to get our money’s worth. In this case, Tom ensured we did and I feel went above and beyond. I would highly recommend you ask for Tom if you are looking for a great and informative private tour in St. Augustine. You won’t be disappointed! THANK YOU TOM! Thank you for listening!

Sarah was a fantastic tour guide on our "Night of Lights" tour of the city of St Augustine. She was knowledgeable about the city's history, lots of important facts about just about everything thing we saw and heard. She let us take pictures as we went around the town and also took one of our whole party of four friends who did the trip to St Augustine from the Tampa Bay area. We/I would recommend anyone who use this Gold Tours of St Augustine no matter what tour you decide to do.

We booked a Christmas Light tour for our family. Our driver, Diane, was a great guide sharing not only information about the Christmas lights but historical information about St Augustine that our family really enjoyed learning about! We highly recommend booking a trip to see the lights and/or a trip to learn so much about the city!
