5.00Learning about the street art was such a memorable experience for locals and non-locals. Carla was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. It was also amazing to meet Julia Zagar, a local artist! If you do go in the winter, make sure to bundle up since the tour is mainly outside.

5.00Really nice and knowledgeable tour guide! Great spots and art chosen, and I've totally fallen in love with street art and the South Philly art culture after these two hours. I thought a quote from David Hockney would well describe this adventure tour: "The world is very very beautiful if you look at it, but most people don’t look very much. They scan the ground in front of them so they can walk, they don’t really look at things incredibly well, with an intensity. I do." And you should too!

5.00I found this tour online while looking for options to entertain an out of state guest. It was a home run. Both my guest and I were enthralled. Our tour guide, Carla, was exceptional. As an artist herself she had a unique perspective to offer. I learned so much about Philadelphia and the South Street neighborhood that I did not know before. I highly recommend this tour and Carla as a guide.

5.00Excellent walking tour with Dale! Although I grew up in the area, I had not seen Isaiah Zagar's murals. I had driven by several murals and never truly saw them. Discovering the history behind the murals and Zagar's extensive work was amazing. Dale added interesting anecdotes to South Philly's history and people - aside from being knowledgeable about the art we saw. Great tour for all ages and interests.
