  I was able to go to many places in one day. We have a tour guide. The basic guide is to read and listen to QR codes It is better to bring your own charger as there is WiFi. Ask the tour guide. He'll tell you a lot. I learned a lot.

  Professional and friendly guides and drivers are a great choice for travellers who do not want to drive themselves and want to visit the central and northern attractions! The tour and DM have Chinese and Japanese Korean versions, don't worry about not understanding!

  I will start with the good. The guide and driver were very kind and punctual. They gave us water and a treat at the end of the day. The tour advertised it as an English and Japanese tour. However, there were only small blurps from the app with info about each stop that were in English. The guide did not speak English. So be prepared to use your Google translate all trip to make sure you are getting all the directions. All the stops were pretty fast because they were so far apart. Most of the tour was spent driving. It was nice to see more of the island but it felt very long. I probably wouldn't do this again.

  I was not able to join the tour (Hip Hop A) even though I arrived at the meeting place at 7:45. All but one of the information provided in the email were incorrect. 1. There was no bus A (there were buses B,C & D). 2. There was no white or blue bus as stated in the email. 3. The 2 bus number plates mentioned in the email did not much the number plates of B, C & D. I asked the lady holding a clip board if my name is on the list & she just fobbed me off. The only correct information given in the email was the meeting place. When I requested for a refund of my money your company refused it. I've done a lot of day tours before & this is the worst experience I've ever had.
