The riverboat is handicap accessible. However, access to the top & bottom decks are by stairs only. Please call before finalizing your plans if you have questions on access or personal equipment.

This evening jazz cruise is a great way to experience New Orleans' beauty and culture. As you steam ahead, soak in breathtaking views of the city skyline while enjoying a New Orleans cultural experience – a live jazz performance performed by the New Orleans band Dukes of Dixieland, a Grammy nominee. Enjoy dining inside or outside on a delectable Louisiana-style buffet dinner including prime rib, chicken, pasta and salad. Two separate dining times give you the flexibility to enjoy the evening at your own pace. Please Note: The price displayed is based on the cruise only option. 4.00It was a very nice cruise. We had dinner service and it was decent for a buffet. The service was impeccable. Unfortunately, they had 2 private parties and it was quite cold so if you didn’t book dinner there was no where inside to sit. The other thing is they do not permit smoking anywhere on the boat. It would be nice if they had a small part of the deck that was designated (but respectful to other patrons). The music was very nice and the drinks were reasonable!

1.00My ticket was changed to Friday without my consent. Was supposed to be Thursday. When I arrived Thursday at 5:30 to board no one but my family was around. Asked at kiosk showed tickets was told everything was fine boat was on way . Asked 3 more times over 30 minutes was told same thing. At 6:05 went up told lady no something is wrong. She then took my reservation looked it up and said oh it has been changed to Friday!! Now how lazy and incompetent people can tell you and your family everything is fine for 35 minutes then when you insist it is not actually do their job and look up on computer and say oh we changed it with a just deal with it attitude. What ever you do. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. My phone even after leaving kept sending me messages about my cruise at 6 pm on Thursday. So disappointed.

2.00The atmosphere on the boat was nice however, the dinner wasn't fit for a dog! The owner/operator or whoever is in charge should be ashamed of themselves for the lack of quality and below substandard food they serve. No one at dinner ate the garbage they served. I STRONGLY URGE ANYONE TAKING THIS EXCURSION TO NOT GET THE MEAL OPTION SIMPLY ENJOY THE VIEWS! #YouveBeenWarned
