I’m a travel agent so I booked using my professional connections and rode the trolley with my family. I must say, the Hop On Hop Off Trolley Tour was AMAZING! Learning about the history of Nashville, seeing sooo many music studios, and finding out who sang what song where was truly astonishing. The weather was beautiful, everyone on the trolley participated with the fantastic host/driver. The host/driver was very informative and kept us all safe. We also had a chance to see THEE original Marathon Motor Works and learned more about their start. I love the way they left the landmark as is. Peaceful community. AND… they are service pet friendly, but call to confirm before booking! Definitely a must see and do tour! Highly recommend! 5 stars times 10!

Our first trolly ride was great. Drey was funny and informative. Our 2nd trolly had way too much feedback on the mic and Rob was not warning us ahead of time about trees. Several of us were getting hit with branches. He would say it roofing as it was happening. Overall very informative.

Great overview of Nashville. We did not have to wait long for the trolleys and enjoyed seeing the interesting places on the tour, hopping off at a few. Hearing the histories/stories of the places during the ride was insightful.

The buses are few and far between. Most buses were filled and if no one got off, they couldn’t take on passengers that had been waiting. Our 2nd driver, Marcel, was very hard to understand.

I have taken many of these tours around the country and this one wasn't great. Overbooked, loud/really squeaky brakes/not checking tickets for a complete tour. You couldn't hear the tour guide well and it wasnt as interactive as other city tours. Being a Nashville resident of over 14 years, I also think you miss a lot of important neighborhoods. 12 South, Germantown...

We had two stops that were “sorry, no room”, resulting in us waiting an additional 30 minutes at each stop. That’s five people (inclining 90-year old mom) times one hour, which is five wasted hours non our end. In addition to that, in both cases we ended up interning to the next stop (additional money- not in our budget). We also had two stops where the driver (on the full trolley) spins “There’s another one right behind me”. “Right behind me ended up being 30 minutes in one case and “Sorry, we’re full” in another case.
