3.The tour guide will hold a yellow flag with the 'Gogoday' logo at the meeting point.Simply tell the tour guide the name you used when booking, and you'll be able to join。 Please arrive 15 minutes early. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
4.Due to the booking platform's privacy settings, we can't see your email address， please inform us your email address after booking. We will send you an email around 9 PM the night before your departure, which will include information about the guide, driver, and vehicle license plate.
5.Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason,We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.
6.It's recommended to bring some cash, as some scenic spots, restaurants, and other places in the Mount Fuji area may only accept cash payments
7.The matcha experience lasts approximately 10-15 minutes.

What To Expect
Start your journey by meeting your guide in Tokyo. Head to an Instagram-famous spot near Mount Fuji: a Lawson convenience store right in front of Kawaguchi Station. Capture the unique beauty of Mt. Fuji (The visibility of Mount Fuji is affected by the weather. )

Then, learn the art of making matcha with local instructors. Savor a freshly made cup, and gain insights into Japanese culture. (The matcha experience lasts approximately 10-15 minutes.) After your matcha experience, stroll along the shores of Lake Kawaguchi to snap a shot of Mt. Fuji. Explore Lake Kawaguchi, located at an altitude of 830 meters and spanning 5.7 square kilometers. The lake's intricate shoreline offers numerous vantage points to admire Mt. Fuji, and on a calm day, you can capture its stunning reflection in the lake's waters.

5.003/21 to participate in Klook's Fuji Mountain G-line online tour, especially thank you for the tour guide Ms. Hu Sheng on the way to introduce us to some of the customs of Tokyo and a lot of foreign tourists are not aware of the cold knowledge, the day is a Japanese holiday. The one-Luci road trip is also extended to eight hours. This trip with family Daddy and Mommy's trip ended with the mention of the tour guide. Remember not to forget and remember the photo positions of the guide at Fujitsu Lawson. This trip was unforgettable. Special thanks to Mr. Hu and the two big brothers who worked hard on the day.

3.00It was an ok tour. The vires were great but the weather was great. However the timing was off, we queued up most of the time and only had like 10 min at the 1st stop, which pushed time everywhere else off. And every stop was a spending opportunity. The strangest was the lunch, which we directly paid the tour guide individually. This gives the impression a deal was made with the restaurant beforehand and the guide got a cut and charged us more. Overall I'd say take the tour but bring your own lunch.

5.00I was slightly concerned at first with some of the negative reviews but after my tour with Lee I strongly recommend this. Get yourself internet connection in Japan so you can keep in touch with the guide throughout the trip. They offer multiple options to keep in touch. Be mindful of the call times at each stop so you don’t hold up the rest of the group. This is a touch and go tour, not an in-depth tour. The drive and traffic is bad. Expect it. If you can’t do long bus rides, take the train. Tip your guide. Fuji mountain sells itself. Get there and get immersed under its magnificent presence. Even the pre-arranged lunch can be enjoyable. There are always hidden spots for awesome photos instead of crowding the popular locations. I’m so glad that I was able to come on a sunny day. Beautiful and memorable trip.

1.00Very bad , they email us wrong pick up location and not answering the calls, we couldn’t go with his bus, we call many time and we have to take train to Fuji by ourselves, we text him want to meet him at Fuji, so he can take us back, but he never replied! We demand our money back !!!! We don’t recommend anyone use this company!!!!
