Our guide was friendly, funny and knew where to find manatees. The boat and group size is small enough so that everyone can easily see everything. While it is technically in the Everglades, the tour takes place mostly in the canals of the town. As a result, there is not a lot of wildlife or birds, other than the manatees and alligators that hang along the edges of the canal. (You do get good views of the beautiful homes with expansive lanais along the canals!) And if manatees are on your bucket list, this is a cost-effective, comfortable and easy-going way to see them.

Captain Storm gave us an educational and entertaining tour, but most importantly he had the boating and wildlife experience to find the elusive mammals! Definitely recommend.

We saw manatees and alligators from a distance. They don't swim up to the boat like you see in the photos. It wasn't out in the wilderness, rather a tour around the residential docks of the houses in the back channel. Wes, our guide, was friendly and knowledgeable but we had much higher expectations for this tour.
