The Navajo name for Lower Antelope Canyon is Hasdeztwazi or “Spiral Rock Arches.” This incredible canyon has been created over many thousands of years by the relentless forces of water and wind, slowly carving and sculpting the sandstone into forms, textures, and shapes which we observe today.
The views in Lower Antelope Canyon change constantly as the sun moves across the sky, filtering lights softly across the stone walls. These ever-moving sun angles bounce light back and forth across the narrow canyon’s walls, creating a dazzling display of color, light, and shadow.

What To Expect
Lower Antelope Canyon
A 1 hour guided tour through Lower Antelope Canyon. Learn about the geology, history and the culture of the Navajo people that live around the canyon. Don't forget to bring a camera you will be taking a lot of photos! Antelope canyon is famous for its wave-like structure and the light beams that shine directly down into the openings of the canyon, creating a super natural appearance. Many travellers and photographers have been attracted here, regard it as a place where dreams come true. Different from the flat ground of Upper Antelope Canyon, Lower Antelope Canyon requires visitors to climb upside and down through staircases and ladders. It feels like you are entering a new planet, starting a magical adventure.

5.00We visited Sedona and the Grand Canyon for my bucket list birthday trip with my Daughters. This slit canyon was an amazing addition to our trip ! Worth the drive from Sedona for the day !! We have never experienced anything like a slot canyon tour !! It was worth every penny !!! Antonio was an absolutely amazing guide !!! His knowledge of the area and his expertise on how to capture the colors and beauty of the rocks on our phone cameras was truly impressive!! He took photos of my family and offered up suggestions to Capture this amazing experience on film to last us a lifetime. Thank you for an amazing tour Antonio !!!
