The Plaza Premium Lounge is located in the restricted area of the departure level of the airport. You must pass through security and immigration first prior to gaining access to the lounge; an on-going boarding pass MUST be presented by all passengers before entering the lounge.

What To Expect
Due to the current situation, KLIA 2 (Wellness) and Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA 2 International Departure will be temporary closed. Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA International Departures and KLIA Gateway (Next to Aerotel) keep open and the operation hours will be as follow: Plaza Premium Lounge at KILA International Departures: 08:00 - 02:30 daily Plaza Premium Lounge at KLIA2 Gateway (Aerotel) : 07:00 - 20:00 daily Please also note the below measurement will be in place: • Social distancing within our lounges • Removal of buffet bars, and switch to digital food ordering of hot food (breakfast/soups/pastas/noodles, etc) and served to customers, individually wrapped fruits/sandwiches, packed salad/cereals/cheese etc • Canned beverages, coffee/tea in disposal cups Whether you’re traveling first class or economy, take a break from travel at Kuala Lumpur Airport in one of its convenient lounges. Choose from two locations in Kuala Lumpur Airport: the Satellite Building in Kuala Lumpur's International Terminal and the Departure Hall of the KLIA2. 2.00Worn out seating very hard not comfortable at all. Don’t think your going to have a rest here very noisy, kid running everywhere Coffee machine run out of milk asked 3 people before someone came and topped it up Food poor quality and hardly any gluten free options that’s really bad these days Definitely not worth the money

1.00Dreadful lounge. Very crowded. Only free alcoholic drink was beer. Food limited and not the fresh variety shown on the photographs. Some areas can only be used by specific card holders. Shower facilities cost extra. Not worth the price.

1.00I was very disappointed with the Plaza Premium Lounge in T1. I had booked after a long haul flight as I had a long layover. I booked for 3hrs for about £40. Huge waste of money! The lounge was totally over booked, I had to wait for a space to sit down, and then wait almost 20 mins for the dirty plates to be removed from my table. It was so busy that once the table was clear a family joined my table as they had nowhere to sit. I ended up leaving after less than 45 mins. I had one drink, but I spoke to the friendly front desk staff and they said I could get a refund if i email head office. However, on emailing I've been told thats a no. Don't waste your money - I ended up sitting in a lovely cafe in the terminal: its cooler, cheaper, quieter, and the staff are friendly too. Don't waste your money!

1.00They kind enough to let my family and I do a walk in because the internet was not working, as soon as we walked in we could not find a table without dirty plates and cutlery on them I had to clear the table myself after doing so I ask a member of staff to wipe the table down I asked in a nice polite voice and all I received was a dirty look and they walk away, my wife and daughter got some food so I left the table to get some drinks for them when I returned I asked what is the food like my wife just said it’s not that good my daughter just looked at me said nothing, I was trying to put some food on a plate for myself and a member of staff just shoved me out of the way so they can place a tray off food down, how rude can you be to customers, I tried to eat the chicken curry chicken was cold and rubbish it was like rubber the rice was over cooked and the curry sauce was tasteless, although it came from the hot plate it was cold , on the salad bar there was grated carrots lettuce and sweet corn only , three little cakes that I tried was red velvet that was rubbish the chocolate and nut cake was the same all you got was the crunch from the nuts , the third cake god now’s what that that was , a five year old could do better, the black coffee was completely disgusting, the whole experience was disgraceful the very poor quality and standards of the food if that what you call it my wife did say that she not give it to a dog , the plaza lounge group should be ashamed of calling there company a business lounge school dinners are better , we soon left and found a little cafe / restaurant which served up better food and coffee , I sent in a complaint and they didn’t do anything all they could say is thanks your email and they are going to retain the staff what a joke

2.00Booked this via their website as we had a 6 hour stopover from Vietnam to the UK. Regretted it the moment we were let in. It is no more than a glorified canteen and at the time of our visit was absolutely packed with as many people wandering around looking for a place as were already seated, worst of all the staff were still letting people in. It is not as advertised, the comfy chairs with charging facilities are clearly reserved for others, could not find the spacious seating, luxury facilities or VIP service anywhere! On hindsight, it would have been less stressful and cheaper to have just stayed in the airport areas.
