What To Expect
Airport Pick Up Information • Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival/desired pick up time • If you booked a car or van (up to group of 7), there will be a representative hold a sign IVY at the Arrival Gate with your name on it. The representative will then call the driver when you have arrived and guide your way to reach the driver • Drop-offs are only for hotels/ residents within Kuala Lumpur city only

5.00Great communication and service prior to arrival. Clear sign at airport and friendly staff. They personally escorted us from airport exit to waiting van. Driver excellent and very safe driver. Van clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

5.00I had a most welcoming experience with Shiva today. He picked us up from the airport in a very friendly manner. Felt like I was catching up with a old friend He brought plenty of energy and was very helpful in any questions I may have had. And also brought to my attention things that were going on around Kuala Lumpur since I was last here
