What To Expect
Airport Pick Up Information • Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 60 minutes after your flight's arrival/desired pick up time • If you booked a car or van (up to group of 7), there will be a representative hold a sign IVY at the Arrival Gate with your name on it. The representative will then call the driver when you have arrived and guide your way to reach the driver • Drop-offs are only for hotels/ residents within Kuala Lumpur city only

5.00Id definitely recommend this tour service if you need a smooth and hassle free airport transfer from KLIA to KLCC. We had a really great experience, especially with our driver, Abbas. He was super efficient, professional, and very accommodating from start to finish. Our arrival got delayed because of the long immigration process but he patiently waited for us without any issue wc we really appreciated after a tiring flight. He was easy to communicate with, very polite and also made sure we were comfortable the whole ride. The pickup process was smooth, and everything felt well-organized, which made our arrival in KL stress-free. If you’re looking for a reliable and friendly airport transfer service, this is definitely a solid choice. Would happily book again!

5.00Shiva, was absolutely fantastic! I cleared customs within 15 minutes, and he was already there early waiting at the airport, which made the pickup very smooth. He was incredibly skilled at manoeuvring and made the entire ride feel safe and comfortable. If you get Shiva as your designated driver, you’re definitely in safe hands. Highly recommended!
