Passenger Policy

1. This is an adventure. Ocean conditions vary and may be rough. Participation may not be suitable for everyone; boarding of physically challenged individuals is at the captain’s discretion.

2. Not recommended for guests with back, neck, knee, hip, or other joint problems, chronic pain, recent injuries or surgeries, or severe motion sickness. No refunds for seasickness; prevention is best with over-the-counter remedies.

3. No expectant mothers.

4. Children must be 5 years or older.

5. Routes, destinations, and snorkeling are subject to change without notice due to weather and ocean conditions.

6. Cancelled tours are fully refundable or gladly rescheduled.

7. “No shows” or any cancellation within 24-hours of check-in time is subject to a 100% charge of the total fare including tax.

8. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.

9. Mobility aids such as canes, walkers, crutches, wheelchairs, etc. are not allowed on board.

10. We do not land on shore.

11. Non-swimmers are not allowed in the water.

12. Full-face snorkel masks are prohibited. Only traditional two-piece masks and snorkels may be used. For safety, please avoid snorkeling within 24 hours after arriving from a flight over 5 hours

13. If you do not have your daily or prescribed medication with you, i.e. inhalers, EpiPens, diabetic medication, you must reschedule your tour for another day.

14. No smoking of any kind, including electronic cigarettes.

15. You should bring your own towels, sunscreen, a light jacket and camera. We will provide everything else.

16. All tours are barefoot. Shoes must be removed before boarding, with orthopedic/diabetic exceptions at the captain’s discretion.

17. Per our liquor license, guests may not bring alcohol. IDs are required for age verification. Intoxicated guests will not be served and may be denied boarding. Alcohol is served only after snorkeling on applicable tours.

18. No coolers or drones/unmanned aircraft are allowed on-board.

19. Spray/aerosol sunscreens are prohibited as a safety hazard. Please use reef-friendly lotion sunscreens instead.

20. Marine toilets clog easily. Only flush human waste and the toilet paper provided.

21. Please use the designated gravel parking lot.

22. All complaints of harassment or assault, and any suspected illegal activity, will be reported to the proper authorities.

23. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet health, safety, or policy requirements.

Check in at Port Allen and board the spacious Leila catamaran. Cruise past towering cliffs, lush valleys, and waterfalls while your crew points out dolphins, sea turtles, and, during winter, humpback whales. Stop at a calm reef for snorkeling with tropical fish—snorkel gear, floatation devices, and instructions provided for all skill levels. I was super apprehensive about getting on a catamaran and snorkeling. I did not go in the water, but felt a lot better with the Capt. and her crew. By the time we were done, I felt way more comfortable. Captain Jess, Nicole, and Heather are total rock stars.

It’s really just a sailboat ride along the coast. Stopped only once for a short time snorkel and that was very early in the morning. The activity of the day is more focused on the food being provided than snorkeling. Crew was nice enough but this is not the best trip I’ve experienced & suggest you look elsewhere if you actually want time in the water not just on it.

Aloha, The 3-person crew were awesome!!! Their synergy made the experience fun, relaxing, and totally enjoyable. They were extremely attentive and engaging, always asking if we needed anything, offering to take our pictures on our phones or cameras, and great and easy conversations. The hot breakfast, cold lunch, and snacks were all yummy and done very well. The captain was extremely knowledgeable and explained intriguing facts and details about the boat, Coast Guard regulations, and the history of the island. He was confident and competent which allowed us to relax and enjoy the trip, even in the 8' swells we knowingly encountered going around the northwest side of the island. We would strongly recommend this excursion with this crew without hesitation. Mahalo!

AMAZING charter! Captain Nate and his team were attentive and informative throughout the cruise, serving us delicious food and teaching us about the incredible Napali Coast. The boat is beautiful, and we had smooth sailing the entire trip. We also got to see tons of spinner dolphins, a highlight of our time in Hawaii.

I highly recommend Holo Holo charters. The knowledge and presence of the whole crew was excellent. Captain Mike C’s skills were exceptional. I felt completely safe in their hands even in some rough waters. I had an absolute blast! The food served was very fresh and healthy. The Nepali coast was exquisite and the snorkeling super FUN 🤩

We were quite disappointed by the experience, there were 40 of us on the boat. The place to snorkel was not up to the task, we hardly saw any fish compared to other places on the island! Lunch was very summary: sandwich + cookie. We were cold, dress well to make this experience. Otherwise the crew was very friendly. I think there are other less touristy tours.

Staff and catamaran was very nice. The boat ride along the Napali coast was beautiful. Nice breakfast/lunch selection. Sadly the snorkeling portion was disappointing all in my party felt that we did not get long enough in the water less than 45min out of a advertised 5 hour tour. Snorkeling location was fair, did not see very much in the way of tropical fish, no turtles. Visibility was not the best. Did enjoy the ride back as we where entertained by a large pod of dolphins.

The crew and Captain Kelly were awesome! They were fun and informative and were so organized. The sea was a little rough but that’s not their fault and they definitely did a great job of making the trip worthwhile. Definitely would recommend it!
