Limited on time, but still want to enjoy a fun and exciting experience? This is the tour for you. Our phone app guided tour will take you to white sand beaches, panoramic viewpoints, places to explore, beautiful gardens, local history and excellent restaurant and coffee house suggestions. All restaurant suggestions include links to their menu so you can decide if you want to stop. The app has eleven stops for you to enjoy along the 10 to 12 mile route.
Experience North County like a “local” would with this tour. Forget traffic jams and parking hassles, get lots of fresh air and the thrill of riding a Pedego Electric Bike.
The map on your phone will show you the stops and the route we recommend. It will also show your position along the route, so you will not get lost. When you get close to a scheduled stop, your tour guide will share information, history, and stories with you. Do not forget your ear bud or earphones for best audio enjoyment. Also bring your phone charging cord.

Encinitas
The navigation map on your phone will guide you through the back roads of Encinitas. The tour highlights stops at unusual historical landmarks, beautiful ocean vistas, white sand beaches and the downtown area. When you arrive at a stop your audio tour guide will share information and history with you. Your current position on the tour map is shown so you can wander off the suggested route without getting lost. We also suggest a couple of great restaurant and coffee house stops if you want to grab a bite. Downtown Encinitas has many shops and boutiques to wander around in if you want to get off the bikes and stretch your legs. Since you are the only ones on the tour you can go “when you want and where you want”.

5.00I took my friend, who is a novice at riding bikes, for a day trip to see the city and enjoy the beach views. Doug helped us out and made this experience memorable. He gave us a tutorial on how to use the bikes and made us feel comfortable before releasing us into the wild. Ten out of ten recommend Doug and his crew at Pedego E-bikes. The tour was easy to follow and the views were picturesque. If you're looking for an adventure and interested in a lil E-bike activity, I recommend this tour for you.
Biking through Encinitas is awesome!

5.00Highly recommend! We had the best time on our bike day! The store owner Doug was super friendly, accommodating and patient. He took the time to explain everything to us, including some great spots to visit. Our rental came with an app that allowed for a guided tour with stops. We really only used it for the map and stopped at the places we were interested in. The route is on a busy highway at points but the destination is worth it! We found an awesome fresh fish restaurant where we got local haddock, amazing clam chowder and a tuna poke bowl! Encinitas is a Beautiful place to visit!

5.00This bike ride was a fabulous way to see a lot of the coast with little effort. Audio description of sites and map were very helpful. I highly recommend this tour. We did it a year ago and were excited to come back and do it again with our kids this time.

5.00The ride was so much fun and the e-bike instruction was the best. Having it as an audio tour allows us to take our time. Would do it again and recommend this business and tour as a must do if you are in San Diego.
