Alex was a friendly and knowledgeable guide and followed all the safety protocols . This was my first time on an ATV and this was the perfect experience for that as the tracks were flat and wide.

Overall, the ATV ride through the Mojave Desert was enjoyable, but it leaned more toward a leisurely scenic ride than an adventurous or rugged experience. The trail itself was mostly flat, dusty, and slow-paced, which is perfectly fine for beginners, but it may feel underwhelming for more experienced riders looking for a challenge. One recommendation would be to separate riders by experience level. Splitting the group into beginner/slower riders and advanced riders, each with their own trail or pace, would greatly improve the experience for everyone. It would allow beginners to feel comfortable while giving advanced riders a more engaging ride. The van transportation to and from the site was a concern. The vehicle felt quite old for an hour-long ride, and it made me uneasy during the trip. Updating or maintaining newer transport vans would significantly improve comfort and safety perception. Since the total experience lasts at least three hours, offering box lunches or light meals would be a great value-add, especially given the remote desert setting and limited food options nearby. On a positive note, Alex, our guide, was excellent. He was funny, friendly, and very accommodating—especially considering the cold and windy conditions that day. His attitude helped keep spirits up and made the experience more enjoyable despite the weather. Summary: A nice, beginner-friendly desert ATV experience with a great guide, but it would benefit from better rider grouping, upgraded transportation, and small comfort improvements like meals. With a few adjustments, this could be a standout excursion.

I have done ATV tours all around the world, and unfortunately this was by far the worst experience I have had. The tour advertised an 8:00 am pickup from a specific location. We arrived early at 7:45 am and waited. No one arrived at 8:00 am, no one arrived at 8:30 am, and there was no response when I messaged the company. The pickup finally arrived at 9:00 am, a full hour late, with no prior communication or explanation. This was a very poor start to the day. Once we arrived, we were told it was “recommended” to buy a face mask due to the dust and that there were no shoe covers provided. I had a mask back at the hotel but was never informed beforehand that one would be needed. Every other ATV tour I’ve done has supplied dust masks and shoe covers, so to protect my new shoes I had to purchase water shoes. Between the mask and shoes, I was out around $40 before the tour even started, which felt unnecessary and avoidable with better communication. We were then informed that the ATV location was about an hour’s drive away, which I was also unaware of prior to booking. The van was quite small and very full, making the ride uncomfortable. As for the actual ATV tour, it was extremely slow and underwhelming. We averaged around 10 mph the entire time, with the fastest speed reaching about 17 mph for only a few seconds. The tour lasted around an hour and a half and felt more like slowly trundling along rather than an exciting ATV experience. The hour-long wait at the start combined with the very slow pace of the ride really ruined the experience. There were about 10 people on the tour, and by the end everyone agreed it was boring and disappointing. I do want to make it clear that this review is not a reflection of our tour guide, Alex. He was patient, friendly, and did his job well. The issues were with the overall organisation, communication, and structure of the tour itself, which were clearly outside of his control. Overall, I would not recommend this tour, especially if you’re looking for an exciting or well-organised ATV experience.

Our tour guide (Kenny) awesome guy and tour guide, from getting in the van to the site which is a 1 hour ride, full of knowledge on subjects that nobody even knew. I would rate more stars but can only give 5 stars. Highly recommended.!!!
