Good day filled with 3 swiss chalet type towns each nestled i between two mountain ranges. We had cruddy weather but we all still enjoyed the towns and scenery. Felt it was a good value for a full day out. Meals on your own which is what i like.

There were two different groups in two different languages. It was a nightmare as the info on tour logistics took forever. There was minimum communication from the tour guides about the actual places, points of interests, attractions, and the Swiss countryside and history. On long drive times it is customary for the tour guide to give adequate interesting info and factoids. But not much offered here. The tour guides were more interested in selling/upgrading the tour as they visited each passenger asking the same. All in all an average tour. Could have been better ….

The address given on email was not actual address . For that reason we could not able to catch the bus. I copy past address from email which was in blue letters. Company employee saying u need to write it down bus terminal as well which was in black letters. The only think i did no click link for address as per company said. But it is not nessosarry its either way should take me to the right address. Later on i also requested refund for atleast ist stop which we have to buy full priced train ticket from luzeren to grindlwald. Even i also requested if they can accommodate us for next day luterbrunan one way ride. But they blamed me. Never ever recommend any one to use viator. Very poor customer services.

Great tour leaders, enthusiastic, gave good tips and we really enjoy Interlaken, Grindelwald, took Panorama Train up to Klein Scheidegg, and eat swiss Rösti and Suura Mocka. View is amazing. However the third part, Staubbachfall (the waterfall) is a bit gloomy and not so impressive. Suggestion to maybe longer time in Grindelwald or maybe lake nearby.

Our visit to the Bernese Alps was the perfect compliment to our visit of Swiss cities. We enjoyed a scenic journey on a comfortable bus with fascinating commentary from Renate, our knowledgeable tour guide. An unexpected surprise was that as we exited from a tunnel we entered a winter wonderland of freshly fallen snow. Our favorite stop was Grindelwald where we rode the gondola up to Mount First and mingled with skiers, walked the Cliff Walk, and enjoyed a hot lunch atop an Alpine peak. What a perfect day!

Incredible, only issue was the bus was full by the time we got on and couldn't sit together.

This tour was absolutely breathtaking! Majority of our time was spent in Grindelwald (about 3 hours). We would have taken the lift to enjoy the mountain views better if not for the bad weather. It was magical just the same - so much beauty to take in!

I was a little nervous after reading reviews but I really don’t understand what they are complaining about! This is a great tour for younger people who don’t have a lot of time in Switzerland, want to see a lot, but don’t want to stick with a guide the whole time. Yes the train came from Zurich but we found a seat for 2 just fine. Interlaken was adorable. They had a great coffee and breakfast spot and a few places to shop for souvenirs. Grindewald was great! I wish we would have known that we probably could have fit 2 excursions Into our day, being younger Americans it was doable. We went up to the top, did the cliff walk, took pics, ate the take away options and came back down with over an hour to spare. I would not recommend shopping in the town as it’s mostly ski apparel. Lauterbrunnen was pretty short and uneventful. Because of the cold the waterfall was nearly frozen so we didn’t need much time there. Having the ability to plan our own free time at the locations was wonderful! The tour was high level but the perfect amount of info that we needed and they talked while we drove the way out. They were quiet on the way back so it was peaceful and you could rest. We loved this tour and thought the day was great! Definitely recommend!!
