My husband and I visited Hoover Damn 20 years ago but this time was different. This trip was focused on The Grand Canyon but they include a stop by the Hoover Damn for photo op purposes and to grab quick souvenirs which was actually all I needed. Robert our tour guide was an amazing historian. We could not have asked for a better tour. FYI Its colder there than Vegas in December so bundle up! It does start really early 6:00am pickup but you can sleep on the bus. Lol

The tour was very enjoyable. Robert was a great guide, explained the tour with great details and with a lot of humour. The bus ride was okay, with WiFi and power outlets to charge devices. It was well organised from the start to the finish and the Grand Canyon west is a great place to visit! The short stop at Hoover Dam was also a nice point.

Great day trip.. Robert the guide and Nelson the driver were great. The double decker bus was comfortable. I opt in for the walking tour and skywalk while on the bus.. best decision. I had pre-order salad lunch and bought my own snacks. Will highly recommend.

The four of us were able to have a very good, safe time. Nelson was great as a driver, and Robert was patient and attentive as a guide. Recommended for trips that include silver generation.

This was a nice trip with great views and the guide was excellent. The issue is it’s just so long and it could be reduced if the bus didn’t stop constantly for snacks and rest breaks. The breakfast and lunch also took up time that wasn’t really needed as there were so many stops so I just felt it could be done in half the time - as is common with these things - so we got picked up at 6:20am and didn’t get back until about 8pm so much longer than advertised.

Our tour guide Laila and bus driver Nelson were excellent. Our tour started out great but our bus broke down and the rest of our day was disappointing. The company did send a new bus out but that delayed us 2 1/2. Hours. By the time we got to the Grand Canyon It gave us limited time to explore the whole experience. Also arriving so much later in the day was much colder which also made this less enjoyable. What was even more frustrating is that the company who was great at giving you updates about pickup times and places has not reached out at all with an apology or compensation for the huge trip inconvenience. Terrible customer service. The grand Canyon of course was breathtaking, but the day was mentally exhausting.

The tour was good, but the bus was really old, so it was uncomfortable. The breakfast and lunch options were fine, but the bathrooms at the restaurant were really bad
