Way over priced, definitely not worth it. For a family of 5 would have been $140. No thank you. Same yourself the time and money.

Definitely a must see near Route 66 and I-40 west of Winslow. This is a well maintained private landmark with guided tours, viewing areas, a short informative video, and an optional 4D experience. There is also a kid’s zone with hands-on activities. All of the above are included in the price of admission. We were there in early April and the weather was windy but sunny and not hot. There’s a free dog kennel area but pets are not allowed inside the visitor center or viewing areas. Russel was our tour guide and he was great and seems to enjoy his job (and Dad jokes).

We really enjoyed our visit. Our tour guide Amanda was vibrant, knowledgeable, and funny. The crater itself is awe-inspiring, and Amanda’s stories were fun and educational. The museum was interesting and had some fun activities and photo ops for kids and adults.

Wife and I stopped at my bucket list of the Meteor Crater. Beed by a number of times and never stopped. Glad we did, and our tour guide, Hayden, was wonderful. Its obvious that he knows his stuff and was entertaining and informative. The facilities are well maintained, and informative. Well worth the entry fee. Mahalo

We went to the crater during my spring break last week-ish. Hayden was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the crater and outer space. He did a wonderful job answering questions, and interacting with guests. He was also very polite. 10/10 would have him as my guide again. The crater was big and the mountain in the back was so very scenic. They also had a cool simulation thing. I didn't like Jackie the rabbit, but oh well I guess.
