Pick-up from Reims at 09:00AM : Meet at the Reims Centre train station tourist office (exit REIMS CENTER).
Head towards the Champagne countryside for an unforgettable e-bike adventure.
Cycle through Premier and Grand Cru villages, enjoy stunning views of UNESCO-listed vineyards, and visit Hautvillers, the birthplace of Champagne, where Dom Pérignon is buried.
After the ride, return to a champagne estate for a cellar tour, tasting, and a traditional French lunch featuring local specialties (dietary needs accommodated).
Important Notes:
Participants must be confident cyclists, as e-bikes are heavier than standard bikes.
Drop-off: 4:00 pm (Reims).
Bring a refillable water bottle; refills are available.
Book trains in advance. The tour is non-refundable for train-related issues.

A minimum of 2 participants is required for a tour. If only 1 person is booked on a tour, À la Française - Champagne will contact the customer (phone or email) to reschedule or refund the total amount.
Please note that down the cellars the average temperature is 10°C, so do not forget to bring a jacket along.
Animals are not allowed in shared tours for the comfort of all passengers.
If the bike tour is affected by weather (rain, black ice…), the tour will be adjusted accordingly: the schedule of the tour can be modified or the tour can be done by minivan instead of bikes.
Adjust your clothing for the bike ride, regarding the weather (gloves and scarves for coldest days ; sunscreen and sun glasses in summer).
Participants must be comfortable and confident riding a bike, as e-bikes are heavier than standard bicycles. For safety reasons, we may refuse participation at departure if guests do not demonstrate sufficient cycling experience.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

5.00We booked this EV bike tour many months back knowing we’d enjoy it however this day was the highlight of our 3 weeks in France. Like my husband said, for us, this was like a child’s first time in Disneyland. Our wonderful and knowledgeable guide, Jerome, led us through the villages and the heart of the Champagne countryside along the Marne river. We saw beautiful scenery and learned a great deal about the grapes grown in the region. Even thought harvest season was over, there were still a few grapes on the vines and I couldn’t resist tasting. The small grapes were sweet and full of juice. A fabulous lunch was served back where we started at Les Clos Corbier/Collard Milesi following a tour of their facility and their caves. Lunch items were excellent and one of the best meals we had this trip. Our group of 8 consisted of all ages, our excellent guide, Jerome, a perfect fall weather day blended with breathtaking views, the four course lunch served with amazing wine and champagne; with tears in our eyes, we didn’t want this day to end. The bike tour exceeded our expectations and we would definitely do this again.

5.00Martin was our guide and he was wonderful. There were six of us of various experience with bikes. He was safe, fun and informative. Lunch was really good. Martin was a safe driver. Make sure to understand that if you are picked up in Reims, it is a 40 minute drive to the countryside for the tour.

5.00We had a wonderful day with Etienne - enjoyable e-bike ride with some stunning vineyard views, a very generous and tasty lunch and champagne tasting at the Clos Corbier (in a lovely room set elegantly with china and linen), and an informative tour of the cellar. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the Champagne region, it is a great complement to the champagne house tastings.

5.00What an awesome day! Julie was excellent! So passionate about her metier, her region and sharing this with others. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, fun and professional. I would recommend Julie and this tour to all. The lunch was absolutely superb! The bikes were great, the car was clean and air conditioned. Such a great day.
