We, unlike other companies, provide your very own remote, interactive, live host to assist and encourage you along through your phone. We are an Austin, TX-based global custom event design company offering scavenger hunts and other events in 300+ cities in North America and beyond. Our specially hand-crafted adventures are equal parts tour, creative challenge, detective hunt, and social experiment!
Guests get to discover in an alternate reality our favorite hidden gems off the beaten trail and creatively interpret fun art, history, and culture clues - for points! They get to enjoy fame and glory while appearing on our website’s international leaderboard, no matter what their score. They get to essentially race other teams in other cities, even if they don’t have competitors who have signed up in their city that day. Get ready to discover unusual oddities, laugh out loud, and make the experience your own!

Note: You MUST provide a correct, working, domestic phone number in your reservation in order for your hunt to be possible, since it is remotely hosted. Each team must bring at least one fully charged smart phone that has GPS and that can can send and receive data, photos, videos, and text messages. If you have an international phone number or encounter other technical difficulties, you must complete the game using WhatsApp or email. You can easily provide us with this contact information through a viator message in advance of your hunt.

What To Expect
Your creative, nontraditional scavenger hunt begins at a scenic spot that's a local favorite. You'll get your digital quest from your live and interactive remote host. Then you’ll take off on your own to experience a wide variety of carefully curated locations in town. You'll walk or drive to the various checkpoints as you solve clues, accept wacky challenges, and getting outside your comfort zone! Both family and dog friendly, the game alternates between the indoors and outdoors, with plenty of bonus challenges too! You'll text photos to your remote host, who cheers you on and assists, as you play to document your progress. You can even interact with the locals to solve clues. You won’t be able to avoid having fun, uncovering hidden gems and local secrets, making memories, laughing, and learning along the way! You’ll be part of the rich culture of this dynamic city! Every turn is full of surprises, so questions in advance are welcomed. Check out all 300 of our city hunts! Great for corporate groups, tourists, curious locals, bachelor(ettes), birthdays, families, friend trips, and other special groups! 5.00What an amazing house to stay in. Only a short distance from downtown Fredricksburg. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has everything you need for a stay. Nicely furnished with very comfortable king size beds and a great walk-in shower in the master bedroom. Karen the owner is super helpful and was available anytime we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

3.00We were looking for something fun to do for 3 generations, this fit the bill. Being given a target and goal got everyone involved. But, here is the negative, the first place we went, all 8 of us, was a lovely antique shop. They did not appreciate us looking through their shop for 1 particular item that we had no intention of buying. We then had a place that had gone out of business, and another shop that was very tiny. I think this is a great idea, that needs to be more closely coordinated with the merchants.

5.00We have done a couple of AlleyKat adventure hunts. I think this one was one of the most fun ones we have ever done! We learned a lot about the history of Fredericksburg, and saw some really, really cool places!

1.00Virtual Hunt. Was thinking it was a hunt with a host. Nope. All done by phone. Gave up when we realized that. No refund. Maybe good for young kids that look at their phone all day. Not so great for someone older.

4.00This was a fun and exciting way to see the city. It was really difficult not to buy something at each shop we went to, but we did, :) I would definitely recommend this to others.
Poor communication led to us believing they ended it early and ultimately did not get to use our full time.

3.00Originally I wrote a review about the company not giving us our full 2 hours. They responded letting us know that they did and saying we were giving inaccurate information. After looking back at everything, I am keeping my rating but clarifying my review. While it seems according to their records they did give us the full time, we thought they did not because of their communication. We were supposed to start at 11 am local time. Our host was messaging around 10 am to ask if we were ready and around 10:30 ish asking if we were finding the place. We felt rushed so we checked in to start at around 10:45. I thought maybe there was a mistake on my end. It started off fine and we were walking around, taking photos. Then around noon-ish our host was reading our messages but was no longer responding. I thought this was odd because they had responded to everything for the previous hour. We kept sending photos until around 12:45. We had done all the main objectives but hadn't received a response in a while. That is when I saw a email from 12 pm that said, "Now that you have finished your experience..." This solidified for me that the scavenger hunt was started at the incorrect time and ended early. Since I hadn't received a response in a while I deleted the messaging app they had me download. I then wrote a review stating we did not get our full time. They responded saying we had given false information. After re downloading the app, I saw we were sent a farewell message at the correct time. I am still giving the same amount of stars because of their lack of and communication and/or confusing communication from start to finish. They even messaged me asking me to take down the review and offered me a partial refund. I did take down the review to make sure this new one was clear. I did not accept the refund. Ultimately, we did not get the full time because they did not communicate well resulting in the misunderstanding.

5.00Three generations played their hearts out in this truly immersive experience! Lots of laugh out loud moments were shared and the team got some fierce competition out of all of us too! We are ready to do it all over again!
