5.00We booked the 40 min "Mountain Scenic spectacular" flight at 09:30. Due to the weather, only a 20 min flight "Neve discover" to the glacier would have been possible or waiting. We decided to wait and were able to make the "Twin Glacier" flight at 13:30 (30 min). It was worth the wait. The snow landing flight was an unforgettable experience & joins our spectacular helicopter flights such as Ayers Rock, Victoria Falls and Anapurna Base Camp. Fascinating how close you get to the glacier, actually start from the rainforest and end up in the snow in alpine landscape. The whole team, booking, organization, also refund of difference: perfect & first class ! Our pilot did a huge job, even taking pictures of us up in the snow :-) Conclusion: A heli flight Fox / Franz Josef is a must have every NZ trip, but you should not schedule too tightly as it can be delayed due to weather, we experienced it & got lucky in the end.
Delivered what was promised and worth every cent.

5.00Amazing experience on the glaciers! From the booking process with the friendly and professional Tiana to the check-in while waiting for the pilot’s approval, everything was perfect. The entire staff was exceptional. The experience itself was outstanding and truly unforgettable. Landing on a glacier like Fox Glacier is an honor and a unique emotion. Highly recommended!

5.00Unfortunately, weather did not cooperate with our plans. It was extremely foggy for our tour date, but the staff rebooked us for the following day. We went through all of the safety training and were waiting by the helipad when our second excursion was canceled again due to weather. Mother nature always has the final say! The staff offered to rebook us, but we had to move onto our next location. The staff was completely understanding and refunded our payment.

5.00Booked last minute for a flight around Mount Cook and the glaciers with a snow landing. Sadly, we were down graded as Mt Cook at the time was still in cloud. However, it was still the most amazing experience! Rich, our pilot was really informative about the glaciers and the surrounding area. Luckily for us the cloud had cleared when we flew up there but it was still too windy to approach the other side of Mt Cook but we were just so happy to see it in all its glory! Landing on the glacier was surreal and I have to say was one of the most memorable experiences of our holiday. Thanks to the whole team (the lovely bookings lady and the check-in/safety team and the pilot) for your professionalism, humour and reassurance! Would highly recommend!!!!

5.00The trip was re-booked due to weather, but the re-booked trip was wonderful and exhilarating. The pilot was also very patient and helpful as I'd had a bad fall two days before and had trouble walking. Thank you all for your kindness and a terrific trip.
