overseas guests price are 40% more expensive than japanese guests, not cool...

I was quite disappointed to find out that they apply 2 different rates for Japanese or overseas customers. Price for overseas are generally 40% more expensive than for locals. There was no extra mileage for pick up at the hotel so can't really understand why this huge difference in price for tourists. Seems somehow they take advantage of the cheaper yen, pumping price for their overseas guests. For sure it was a fun experience and the guide was nice and all, but i wasn't really expecting this somehow dirty trick. If i come back to lake biwa i will do a better research for a more reasonable and honest price.

Epic day out on the lake, everything is provided also by a highly skilled angler that will get you on the fish. Even if you don't get a fish, the scenery is not to be missed. I highly recommend lake biwa fishing for any angler

we had an amazing day on Lake Biwa. The guide was very friendly and helpful. He even brought us to a popular fishing store called bun bun after we were finished. We had many opportunities at very big largemouth and landed plenty. I would really recommend booking with Japan Bass fishing agent we had a great eight hours and it was so good that I had to book again!!!
