5.00Our guide Gwendel was lovely. Knowledgeable, friendly, a delight to spend the day with. The champagne houses/tastings were great. We loved experiencing a big house and a small family production. And lunch was a special treat! Highly recommend the tour.

4.00Need to correct this listing…it is a driver who takes you safely from place to place in a tidy, comfortable vehicle. The company picks the champagne houses and sets up the appointments. The driver takes you there. The driver does not provide any type of tour or conversation in English. He’s quite nice though. And we loved our tastings. Was just surprised there was no further tour or information between appointments.

5.00Gwendal was an amazing, knowledgeable and very patient guide. He coped well with our family getting excited in the Moet shop, taking photos of bumble bees and asking for an extra tasting ticket for a Demi Sec style champagne. Pommery exceeded expectations and the art was beautiful and unexpected. The smaller champagne house was really lovely and interesting esp being closer to the process and the WW2 history.

5.00Booked this tour for my birthday and it was a first class experience. The day was seamless and our guide, Gwendal, was a true professional, knowledgeable and a kind soul. If I could give this day and experience more than five stars, I would. We took a morning SNCF train into Champagne, which was really easy to navigate, and took the train back into town in the evening. I can't wait to return and bring my whole family this time. Thank you, Gwendal and Royal Journey France, for making my birthday extra special.
