Bad driver, bad tour, was in the van for 2.5+ hours long one-way

1.00Transportation was rough. We were first to be picked up in the group. We were told that they were only picking up ONE other group. The driver was picking up TWO additional groups. He kept going to the wrong address or location so the ride should've been 1-1.5 hours to our destination, it ended up being 2.5 hours long one-way. We didn't want to deal with the mess going home from Ft Lauderdale to Miami Beach so we had to book two ubers one-way costing us additional $200+. I would book with caution. Also, the boats that we were on were covered, for some reason, we thought we were going to go to a more traditional airboat where it's uncovered. Not worth the trip for this specific tour. Also, the driver was crazy. We tipped him anyways cause we felt bad but we thought we were going to die or get into an accident a few times.

5.00It was a great experience. Steve was at our hotel early for the pick-up, and he was very attentive throughout the trip in guiding us to the airboat and the alligator show. We also had plenty of free time to see the gift shop and use the facilities, AND we got a free picture and bottles of water.

5.00Fantastic experience for the family. We saw 30 alligators on the airboat ride, our teen kids got to hold a baby alligator, and we all tried the deep fried alligator bites. So fun!

5.00Had a great time at this excursion. Demetrius picked us up at our hotel. We then boarded our airboat with Geno, our captain. Saw many alligators lurking in the water, on the shore and in the plants. We also saw several types of birds and a turtle. There are a couple of canals where you get to experience the airboat moving-out. We went to the alligator show after the boat ride. One of the employees from alligator rescue team then gives a talk followed by showing us how to handle them. You see that alligators aren't as aggressive as we think they are. Excellent time!
