I had an excellent experience with Wild Lime Adventures! Did an all day tour with tour guide Addie. She was a phenomenal guide! She was so funny and personable and had a lot of passion and knowledge about nature. She told us the history of the area, how different ecosystems work and thrive in the park, and many interesting facts about the birds, plants, gators, and other wildlife. She also included funny anecdotes about her own experiences camping/hiking in the parks. We saw many incredible creatures including alligators, dolphins, birds (roseate spoonbill, osprey, anhinga, swallowtail kites, pelicans), and even a cottonmouth snake (from a safe distance)! Both of our boat tour guides were excellent as well. I absolutely would tour with them again. If you have questions about your reservation or other logistics, I found it was best to call the company and ask (as opposed to messaging through TripAdvisor)! They also reach out the day before your tour to confirm pickups/meetups.

We loved our day with Armando, who is an enthusiastic and engaged storyteller and guide with an incredible amount of info on the animals, plants, and local area and culture. It was a ton of activities and a full day in the Everglades - great value for the cost. Highlight was the boat ride with Gary, the dolphins, and the visit to the historic Smallwood Store. We also appreciated the old Florida stop at Joanie’s for a good lunch (they had a handmade veggie burger and tacos for vegetarian options). Really cool company with a great mission to do immersive eco-friendly nature tours - glad to support them and so should you!

This was an excellent way to see the Everglades up close and personal. I have been here before, but never experienced the Everglades in this way. Of course the air boat ride and the boat cruise to Turtle Island was great…. But the nature walk thru the forest was really amazing. Our guide Armando was a wealth of knowledge… from plants and trees to wildlife of all kinds. It’s amazing to have these diverse habitats so close to Ft Lauderdale! I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to get beyond the highway to experience the true Everglades!

Taking this all-day Everglades tour in March 2026 with my son was the highlight of our trip. From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience, and so much of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Armando. Armando was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the Everglades. He made the entire day feel personal and exciting, sharing personal insights about the ecosystem, wildlife, and history in a way that kept us both interested the whole time. One of my favorite parts of the day was exploring the Cypress Forest—it felt peaceful and almost otherworldly, like stepping into a hidden side of Florida you don’t usually see. The airboat ride was another major highlight—fast, fun, and thrilling, while still giving us the chance to spot wildlife and take in the beauty of the wetlands. The trip out to the Ten Thousand Islands was absolutely stunning. Getting to visit a remote island made the experience feel even more special and unique—like we had discovered something off the beaten path. To top it all off, ending the day with Armando taking us for Cuban coffee and snacks was the perfect touch. It gave us a chance to relax, reflect, and soak in everything we had experienced. This tour was the perfect mix of adventure, nature, and culture. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area—especially if you’re lucky enough to have Armando as your guide!

The whole tour was excellent. Our guide was Addy and she was very approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout our tour. We got to see tons of birds and alligators. Lunch at Joanie's was great. We also saw some dolphins on our second boat ride to the Thousand Islands. The entire tour is a good full day. Would definitely recommend this tour to people I know who are planning to visit the Everglades. The package was decently priced and worth the money.

I had an amazing time on this tour. Not only educational but lots of fun. There were many gator sightings as well as a nest of eggs on one part of the tour. Another part of the tour took us on a hike to a body of water with a resident gator that we got to view close-up. My most memorable experiences on this tour were stepping onto one of the 10,000 mile islands and following a pod of dolphins. I highly recommend this tour.

Super full-day tour. We saw more alligators on the airboat ride than we could count and the ride was great. The boat ride in the 10,000 islands was really interesting. We didn't see much wildlife, but the bottlenose dolphins were entertaining. And the trip was tied together by our driver/expedition leader Addy that led us on a short trek to see an alligator on her nest. Fun day!!!
