This was a fun overall experience for our family of four including 2 teenagers. Seeing gators on the airboats was cool. The animal exhibit, which is the other half of the time, was a bit underwhelming. It looked like there were multiple shows or events throughout the day but we only saw one.

Don’t waste your money, it was terrible! 2 hour hot bus ride, tour guides were rude and disorganized. Arrived at the Everglades for a LAME 40 minute tour! Saw a couple alligators. Absolutely awful, I wish I had saved my $180!!

It was overall nice but I booked it in Spanish since my partner does not speak English, but it ended up being a 100% in English with no Spanish option.

We were cheated. This is a private crocodile farm, not the Everglades Park at all. It's very small and boring, with very few crocodiles. We only saw the back of one crocodile.

Family owned and operated. Great tour guided trip. Loved the alligator show and the ride through the everglades. Gift shop was so reasonably priced

The best part of the day was actually the bus driver RONET from Miami Beach. He was so funny and worked hard to keep everyone’s spirit up and I was definitely laughing. The boat tour was nice. It would’ve been better if it hadn’t started pouring down raining and I didn’t have my rain jacket since no rain was in the forecast, but that is not their fault. The alligator presentation afterwards felt more like a scolding or something to tacky tourists and “spring breakers” (he mentioned them so much) he was going on and on about people who disregard alligators and treat them poorly, Causing their death. Meanwhile the next sentence was how much we should eat the gator meat, so it was weird. I’m literally just visiting. It felt like going to church and being yelled at by a priest a little bit. And I don’t sign up for that either. I am totally on his side, but I don’t know why he was seeming to scold us for it. On the positive side, he was very knowledgeable and I’m sure a huge asset to their organization. He is extremely committed and passionate. Sorry I don’t know his name but he was very attractive if you go for those long-haired hippie types, which I do 😊 And then the guy holding the baby alligator was super annoyed. I’m sure it’s an annoying job, but he’s definitely not a people person. My last complaint were the gator bites. Don’t get me wrong. They were absolutely delicious, but I felt like the girl led me to believe was going to be a full plate when I asked her if it was bigger than the tacos, she said yes if this lets me post a picture, I will. It was literally a few bites. I was starving and ended up going to the gift shop and spending way too much for a bag of chips to go with it. Anyway, I’m sure Ronet will end up in comedy one day or he should. He’s the best part of your tour. He was so nice and welcoming and hilarious. He even played some fun music on the way home.
