We are located in central Taupo. Get your team together and put your detective hats on to see if you can solve the clues and puzzles to escape in 60 minutes or less.

At the heart of the enchanted forest stands the Tree of Life, the source of all life and magic. For thousands of years, the Forest Guardians and Fairies have protected it, ensuring its power remained pure. But now, a great danger has befallen the land. The wicked witch from the East has stolen the tree’s glowing core and hidden it deep within her gingerbread house. Without it, the forest will fade into darkness in 1 hour. The Guardians cannot do this alone. Only together can you outwit the witch, recover the Heart, and restore the forest before time runs out.
Suitability: This room (while still difficult enough for adults) is our most family-friendly theme. If you love a fun story, this is the room for you!

5.00Amazing experience - first time we had done something like this and throughly enjoyed it - we will do it again on our next trip to Taupo - 100% a must to do if you go to Taupo and well worth the money !! Staff were awesome as well A must do !!

5.00Our family of 7 had a really good time working together. We didn’t find it too difficult. Finished the standard room fairly quickly then had enough time to add on the advanced portion, which we also finished. Perfect Sunday morning activity for our weekend break in Taupo. Will probably do again in the future.

5.00The plan was to find a 'Wet weather activity' - so off to the Escape room we went - but it turns out - not just a great activity for bad weather. We (father and son combo) played the first room and got hooked. Really loved the 'James and Jane Bond type type events - in fact, loved the one needing to hold hands and dancing to gain access to the next room (so cool). I/we highly recommend this value for money activity, if you want to challenge yourself, problem solve, work as a team or be baffled by the smart clues needing some serious brain power - try sn escape room. Ps - We ened up doing all 4 rooms =)

4.00We did the escape room as it was cold and wet in Taupo. It was a great activity, but only one of us had really done a room before so we failed to get out. These are really good mind challenges and prove you really do need to work as a team.
