Your first venue is included in the tour. From the second stop onward, food, drinks, and any entry fees are paid directly at each venue — this way, you're in full control of your budget and choices. Please note that your guide's expenses at these venues are also covered by guests.

Most venues accept credit cards, but some smaller spots may be cash only — we recommend bringing some yen just in case.

The tour wraps up at 11:00PM, but your night doesn't have to! If you'd like to keep going, your guide can recommend, arrange, and escort you to your next destination.

If you'd like to explore a different area of Tokyo, we're happy to help arrange transport — taxi fares are simply covered by guests directly.

What To Expect

Shinjuku

We’ll kick off the experience by meeting at Shinjuku Station. Your guide will provide a brief orientation of the tour and introduce you to the unique history of the area. Once briefed, we will head straight into Kabukicho. You’ll explore the vibrant streets of Shinjuku's premier nightlife district, where your guide will lead you past the famous landmarks and secret spots that most tourists miss. It’s the perfect way to navigate this high-energy neighborhood with confidence and local insight. From there, we’ll make our way into the heart of Kabukicho, Japan’s most famous entertainment district. Known as the "Sleepless Town," this area is a dazzling labyrinth of towering neon signs, hidden local gems, and a history as colorful as its lights. Whether it’s the legendary Godzilla looming overhead or the narrow, atmospheric alleys, you’ll discover the true spirit of Tokyo’s nightlife through the eyes of a local.

Kabukicho

Our first stop is a quintessential Kabukicho Izakaya, where the night truly begins. We’ll settle in with a refreshing drink—choose from premium Japanese beers, sake, or world-renowned whiskies—paired with delicious local snacks. As we raise our glasses for a "Kanpai," your guide will walk you through the endless possibilities of Tokyo’s nightlife. But this isn't a one-size-fits-all tour: we want to hear from you. Whether you’re looking for hidden speakeasies, high-energy bars, or cozy local haunts, we’ll tailor the next step of our journey based on your preferences. Once we have a plan, it’s time to head out and explore the night exactly how you want it!
