This is a small group experience, with each electric cart limited to a max of 7 people. Whilst we do our best to seat groups together, we aren’t able to guarantee this and at times, groups may be asked to sit on separate carts.
This tour runs year-round and goes ahead rain or shine—even in cold weather—unless conditions are dangerous. Cancellation decisions may be made at the meeting point, and we may delay up to 30 minutes for weather to improve.
Please arrive as scheduled, dress appropriately for the weather, and check your messages for any updates. Since our electric carts are not heated and are open to the environment, we recommend wearing layers of clothing during colder months.
Carts accommodate most types of infant seats and we encourage parents to bring their own. We can provide an infant seat, as long as a guest calls us at least 48 hours before the tour and informs us of the age and weight of the infant.
We can accommodate folding wheelchairs for guests who can transfer into the cart on their own or with assistance. Please note that there is no ramp access, and we are unable to accept motorized or non-folding wheelchairs due to vehicle limitations. Wheelchairs are not provided. If bringing your own, please let us know at the time of booking. All requests are subject to availability.
The itinerary and its order of stops are subject to change at any time. Monuments visited may change due to local road or monument closure which are beyond our control.
Your tour covers the National Mall in an all-electric vehicle. We're committed to reducing the environmental impact of vehicle-based tourism in Washington DC, which makes up the vast majority of tours given in this city. Make a "green" difference by seeing the Mall via electric transportation!

5.00My daughter and I had a tour with Diana, and it was absolutely fantastic. She brought the experience to life with a great mix of interesting facts, light humor, and engaging storytelling, which made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. The tour lasted about two hours, and throughout it, she made every effort to ensure we felt comfortable and included. Her energy and warmth really stood out. Highly recommend!

1.00Two days before we were to arrive, we received a cancellation notice as the Company was experiencing operational constraints". They offered two option or a full refund. We responded asking for one of the options. We were told that it was now full and we were given another option. Our flight will not have arrived by that option, to which they gave us an option of a full refund. The timing is horrible, but, if you had a paying customer that you had to bump, why would you not hold a space for them? All in all we aren't out anything other than an inconvenience, but it is frustrating to change last minute. Pretty disappointed overall.
