The cruise was really fun, we had the best view of the city, and the statue of liberty. We had so much fun.

We had booked the cruise at sunset on 24/12, to mark the occasion. We arrived at 15:15 for a departure at 16:00. There was already a crazy tail. In the end, no outdoor seating on the side. We were able to be close to the windows inside. Finally we were able to enjoy without being cold. On the other hand, we pass around the statue of liberty that we see well at sunset but the sun setting on the buildings of the skyline we did not see, the people outside are standing we see nothing... pity. Be careful also where you place inside left side you have a nice view, right side much less!

Circle line sunset cruise. For just US$30, this cruise is so worth it! We got to the dock about 25 mins before the departure time, and the queue was already very long. So long I wondered if we would all get on the boat. But the boat was huge, with plenty of seats inside and outside on 2 levels. There is also a basic snack bar onboard downstairs with snacks and drinks available for an extra charge. There is no onboard audio guide - having this option would have been good. There are restrooms on board. There is nothing flash about the boat or amenities, but the views are glorious and you can move freely around the boat, inside and outside, to get whatever view/photographs you would like. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend this cruise that is great value for money.

The most incredible cruise that captures all the breathtaking beauty of NYC. We were blessed with the most stunning sunset. Our host Debbie was warm, funny and created a safe and memorable experience.

You should line up at least 45 minutes before the start to get as good a seat as possible. I participated in the event in the temperature of 0°C. It's warm indoors, but the windows are dirty and hard to see, so be patient at least at the beginning and reserve a seat on the far right, left, or end of the rear deck upstairs. The wind is cold in winter, so keep your head and ears warm. The highlight is the first half, which lasts about 45 minutes before turning around the Statue of Liberty and passing the Brooklyn Bridge. The night view of Manhattan seen on the left is wonderful as you continue to go north along the East River for quite a long distance after passing the bridge. If the cold is the limit, shelter indoors as we will return near the UN. This was a very cost-effective experience, despite the high price of sightseeing in NY.

Circle runs a smooth operation. The trip to the statue was great, the captain slowed down and stopped, facing both ways, so everyone could see. Debbie is a joy, her humor and love felt really genuine. My only complaint, like all things NYC, this trip was PACKED. There were about 100 more people on the boat than was comfortable. We came early so we could get positioned to stand on the bow and get good pics, within minutes we got pressed by the mob so hard that our family got separated. There was no way to get a family picture because if you open a little space, people will push in. The price is very reasonable, I would have been glad to pay more for a little elbow room.
