1.00Unfortunately, we were not able to port in Cannes, France due to the French Navy doing drilling exercises. Viator's guide was not able to go to the port either. We learned this less than the 24 hours that was necessary to get a refund. The most frustrating part is that the Viator guide would not have been able to fulfill this tour either as the port was closed and he could not pick us up. I contacted the Viator guide immediately to let them know this. The guide had already learned the port was closed so never even left his home to pick us up. I tried to dispute us not getting refunded for this tour and was denied our requests even after reaching out to Viator superiors. I don't think this was professional as none of us were able to connect due to the port closure. Very disappointed in how this was handled. We were charged $921.80 for no service.

1.00Cannes and Monte Carlo are beautiful. Itchy the tour guide was great…but that’s where the good stops. We spent $940 on an 8hr tour and only got 6.5hrs. Requested a partial refund for lost 1.5hrs and was told no…even with escalation to Viator management (supposedly). Terrible business ethics!

5.00Highly recommend this tour. Promptly met by Terry our driver for the day who knew the region well and was able to share with us interesting insights throughout the day. We were able to comfortably see Eze and the highlights of Monaco and even fit in a swim down at the beautiful beach in Villefranche. Very glad we booked this tour.

He was also able to customize our tour to accommodate our pre booked lunch in Monaco. He’s informative but above all really nice to spend time with. We hope to see him again on a future tour. 5.00We booked a private tour from Cannes to Monaco and E'ze. Adreienne was our driver and we absolutely LOVED her. She was flexible to make sure we spent time where we wanted, and she even spent some time going up Eze with us. She is happy to give time on your own or spend time with you. She is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend time with. I felt bad that I wasn't feeling 100% but she made everything comfortable for me. Highly recommend this tour!
