Well planned day tour that was efficient. The driver Tung got us to where we needed to be on time and safely - the drive was smooth, didn’t feel car sick the entire ride. The tour guide Tom is funny who kept the day fun and entertaining. He also knew when to go to these places at the right time to avoid waiting in long lines and take advantage of each stop. It was also nice they added 2 additional stops to get more of the scenic views around Blue Mountain. A tip to beware that this is hiking through rocky steps and inclines to the lookout spots so if you are afraid of heights or not a fan of hikes, this may not be for you or at least not be able to take in the full experience.

This was a great way to get out of the city and see the country. Our guide, Alfie, was excellent. Lots of information and good sense of humor. Definitely recommend.

A fabulous day! Tom was great! We had a small group and Tom gave us an fabulous experience. He is so knowledgable, friendly and experienced. This has been a full packed day and definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We loved hearing all the interesting facts of the blue mountains and it being a UNESCO site. I now know more about the eucalyptus tree than I ever thought possible. Stopping into the Sydney Zoo and getting to pet some wandering kangaroos, and of course taking our Koala pictures was a treat! Our Lunch stop in the quaint town of Leura was perfect. Tom filled us in with all the different shops and lovely little cafe options. We really enjoyed Scenic World and seeing the three sisters! Breathtaking scenery and Wow! This is a must see bucket list day and I would highly recommend Tom and Brighton Coach and Tours!

Visited Sydney Zoo where we got to see kangaroos and koalas. Then traveled to the Blue Mountains National Park where we hiked to several lookout points overseeing the fabulous blue hues of the Blue Mountains and the Three Sisters rock formations. We made a quick stop in Leura for a nice lunch at the Leura Gourmet Deli. Driver Said was great! Very accommodating.

Nice variety of activities for the day. Our guide, Said was wonderful. He was aware of individual needs and made accommodations when necessary. He gave specific suggestions of food and drinks when we stopped and also helped us with directions to continue after our tour for our own evening adventure in Sydney, including an unexpected viewing of fireworks at Darling harbor. An amazing day! Would recommend this tour😁

This is an honest review of the tour and the customer service. My 8 year old daughter and I had to go from our nice area near Darling Harbour to a ghetto area called Chinatown for our pick up. We had some commentary on the way to Sydney Zoo, but nothing interesting or comedic. There was also this Asian lady working on the bus that literally had zero personality, was awkward and really killed the vibe. They handed us some warm waters and we made our way into the zoo. The zoo was phenomenal, but given we had only an hour and fifteen minutes, we couldn’t do any other animal encounters except the low end koala photo that felt more like a photo mill than an experience. I made a clerical error buying my child ticket for my daughter and they refused to refund the $60 AUS even though we informed them before we went into the zoo or the blue mountain experience, but they stated since they pre-purchased her adult tickets for these venues that I’ll have to eat that cost. This was untrue since I know for a fact every kid on that bus had the same color wristband as the adults and she had a kid wristband at the Blue Mountain excursion, a total lie and a scam. Definitely stop at the chocolate shop and get some Belgian chocolate, it was the best we have ever had. The tour guide never even got off the bus to guide us to anything and when we finally made it back to the bus, we grabbed our warm waters and sat in agony for 2 hours on the way home while people were ripping farts the entire ride home. Dropped us off back in the ghetto and our legs were rendered useless at that point and had to get an Uber to take us 2 blocks. I would have given this 4 out of 5 stars for the experience itself and how epic the Sydney Zoo is, but that they scammed my money took the bad customer service down to 3 stars.
