This product has two different options. Please read the specific content of each option carefully and select the corresponding one according to your needs. Route A: a private car with Basic English speaking Driver Route B: a private car with English speaking Tourguide this 2 options are all available pick you up at your located places in Beijing and all options include Great Wall entrance ticket, Great Wall internal shuttle bus for uphill and downhill, just one option with tourguide, one option without tourguide.
The Great Wall at Badaling
The Badaling Great Wall is located at the northern entrance of the ancient road of Guanguo in Jundu Mountain, Yanqing District, Beijing. It's about 70 kilometers away from the center of Beijing. It takes about 1.5 hours to drive there. Badaling Great Wall is a pass of the Ming Great Wall and also an important outpost of Juyongguan. The walls, passes, beacon towers and watchtowers of the Badaling Great Wall reflect the superb architectural skills of ancient China. The city wall is tall and thick, with an average height of 7.8 meters. It is equipped with watchtowers, perforations, etc. The layout of the pass city is ingenious, easy to defend but difficult to attack. It is an outstanding representative of ancient military architectural art. Badaling Great Wall winds through the mountains and peaks, with lush greenery and diverse scenery throughout the four seasons. Whether it is the blooming mountain flowers in spring or the colorful forests in autumn, both are breathtakingly beautiful.

5.00The Great Wall has been on our bucket list for a while and this tour lived up to our dreams. Linda was our tour guide and driver for the Great Wall experience. She was excellent. 6 stars! She picked us up from our hotel at 8am and drove us to Mutianyu, which was about an hour and a half away. Linda made sure we knew what to do and where to go through the entire process. Some of the workers at the wall knew her so I can tell she is well liked and takes tours to the Great Wall frequently. She used WhatsApp to correspond before and the day of. We went on 1/1, which is a holiday, but we did not have a wait to get in. It was cold but minimal ice or wind. Linda walked with us for a good portion of the section and took pictures of us. She then let us explore on our own for as long as we wanted. We ended up going up to the Hero Station, which is as far up as you can go for this section of the wall. Since we had some time remaining with her, she took us to a jade store and also a tea store to do some shopping. I would recommend Linda to anyone looking for a comprehensive and comfortable time. She does more than just this tour too. We used her to book a ride to and from the airport and also a dinner reservation for Peking duck. She can do forbidden city, temple of heaven and other experiences as well. Just reach out to her.

5.00We had a private tour to the Great Wall from our downtown hotel. Our guide, Linda, was fabulous. She made the experience very pleasant for my wife and me. The views from the Wall were spectacular. It is a fairly steep climb, but Linda made sure my wife was steady by holding her hand most of the way. We made a stop at a very nice jade museum on the way and then a special tea shop on the way back to Beijing. Both were well worth the time. We are leaving with a great deal of tea and knowledge! I would certainly recommend the tour and Linda our guide.

5.00We booked Linda for two days: the Summer Palace and Forbidden City on day one, and the Great Wall on day two, and overall we had a very good experience. Linda’s communication was excellent from the start, even before the tours began. She was both our driver and guide, making the experience smooth and hassle-free. She drove us comfortably to all the locations and shared helpful information, always responding clearly to our questions. As a small suggestion for improvement, it would be nice if she could be a bit more proactive in sharing additional stories or insights beyond the basic facts, and spend slightly less time on the phone during the tours. Overall, Linda provided a reliable, well-organized, and pleasant experience.
