On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel a tour, we will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

This tour involves a dinner cruise with slow sailing, allowing ample time to enjoy the views. Due to the distance between locations, the total time on the boat is 2 hours, including the time from departure to return.

Unfortunately, our group of 8 people was unable to join the cruise dinner due to extremely heavy traffic in Bangkok. We truly underestimated how unpredictable and severe the traffic could be, especially for tourists. Although we arrived only about 20 minutes late, the cruise had already departed. We immediately tried to contact the tour operator but were unable to reach them in time. After that, we contacted Viator to request either a refund or to reschedule the experience for another day, but unfortunately, no solution was offered. What was especially disappointing is that in such unexpected and uncontrollable situations, there seems to be no support or alternative assistance available at all. This was very frustrating, especially considering that we had booked and paid for all 8 people. Our main advice to future travelers is: if you are joining a group tour in Bangkok, please leave much earlier than you think you need to. The traffic can be completely unpredictable. We truly wish the customer support and flexibility could have been better in our case.

Actually I booked a lot of activities on this side. Of course these people need to make money, but this one is really greedy. Become the worst booking overall. If you decide to go there anyway, you will find out

This is false advertising, there is no light show, no fireworks, just a boring float up and down the river. The bands were decent. And the service was great as always here in Thailand. But the food is mediocre, we did not even go by Wat Arun at night, they took us into a shipyard. Don’t waste your time or money!
