The only thing we did not like was food, it was cold, no fresh, no flavor, it was so simple. The best of all was the show and the staff was very kind and helpful.

The food is ok but it would be nice to be warmer. The night light and music was very good

Its just free low quality food, expensive drinks with a huge crowd who come in pushing through with great enthusiasm, phones out for insta shots only for a river ride that is repeated over 5 times and you see the same scenery over and over for 3 hrs watching the same people snooze off on their tables while bored passengers trying to line up an hour in advance. I know as I was one of them lining up. Oh did I forget, you will not get the seats you book.

food service was terrible. fly-infested, and absolute chaos the first 30min as everyone's out there fighting over food

It was an overall very impressive experience for the whole family! There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The ship, the crew, the food and of course the breathtaking scenery were just awesome! Thanks for the great moments!

I hated this—from the unclear, poorly labeled directions to finding the correct cruise location, to the total lack of structure once onboard. People were cutting and pushing in line, and the food lines felt like a free-for-all, with guests bum-rushing the buffet like they’d never eaten before. The sushi station was on the other side of what felt like a million steps, which made no sense for crowd flow. Kids were also picking over the buffet food, which was honestly gross. Overall, the food was underwhelming, the selection was limited, and the rudeness from other guests ruined the experience. For what I paid, it wasn’t worth it.

We were on the Opulenza ship in the evening and boarded the ICONSIAM. Even before embarking, we explored this beautiful shopping mall – absolutely recommended, really impressive! Afterwards we boarded and went straight to dinner. The ship is divided into three decks, and each deck had its own entertainer. After dinner we – like many others – went to the top deck. There was a really good atmosphere: Party atmosphere on open river, with a dreamlike view of Bangkok at night. During the trip we could see various temples and the famous bridge of Bangkok from the water. The singer on the upper deck sang excellently and the atmosphere was just great. The food was very good, although many guests were on board, you still had enough space. The ship itself is beautiful, very elegant and lovingly decorated during Christmas time. The organization, the service and everything around were also right. An all-round successful evening with great views, good music, delicious food and a unique atmosphere on the water. Highly recommended! ✨🚢🌃 It really cost little for that! We will be back

We didn't like it. The organization a mess. They passed us from one dock to another, literally 4 times. Plus he was late. The food was delicious and the music show good. But I would not sincerely recommend it.

I recommend this cruise for quality of food, service and music on board. We have Eaten and danced with a wonderful band that made us have fun as if it had been New Year's Eve. The BKK by night frame does the rest. Go on!

We chose the Opulence Dinner Cruise from ICONSIAM for a special family celebration, and it was the absolute highlight of our time in Bangkok. The entire experience was seamless, from the easy check-in at ICONSIAM to the warm welcome on the modern, three-deck ship. The views were breathtaking. Gliding past illuminated landmarks like Wat Arun, the Grand Palace, and the Rama VIII Bridge provided a perspective of the city you just can’t get from the shore. A major surprise was the drone show we saw along the river—it added an extra layer of magic to the evening. The food was equally impressive, with a high-quality international seafood buffet that offered something for everyone. We spent most of our time on the rooftop deck, which offers incredible 360-degree views and is perfect for family photos. Between the live music, the delicious food, and the stunning sights, it was a world-class experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion in style!
