Inside, enjoy a carefully guided ceremony that includes a seasonal Shōkadō bento prepared by a professional chef, a traditional charcoal ceremony, and the preparation and sharing of thick tea (koicha) and thin tea (usucha). Seasonal sweets, selected tea utensils, and the tokonoma alcove create a refined atmosphere rooted in mindfulness and harmony. My friends were absolutely delighted with the experience and came out of Ruriko's house glowing. Sadly, I only made the arrangements for my friends to spend time wtih Ruriko. I am bringing more friends in April 2026 and am eager to book an experience as soon as possible.
