Cruise time:
Sunset 3pm to 6pm.

5.00We saw wails twice, the staf was very kind, the lady bus driver was very good, the food on boat was very good and served all the time of jurney. Reaching tne boat by walking in shallow sea was fun.

5.00Fantastic trip. Saw quite a few whales and some turtles. Staff were lovely and knowledgeable. Great snacks. We had such a calm day too. Coming back at sunset was a beautiful view.

5.00We had a great time on the boat with a perfect weather and in anticipation of whale sighting this afternoon. We were lucky to see 4-5 whales not far from the shore. The highlight was when we saw two or three whales having a delightful play at a distance. It was wonderful to watch their antics. We also saw a poisonous water snake. Another highlight was the glorious sunset on our return journey. Overall we enjoyed the tour, delicious snacks and professional service from a friendly team.

5.00Let me start by saying it is amazing to see these gentle giants in their natural habitat and even if the notes a dingy (which it’s not) I would rate it 5 stars because of the whales. Region Li actions don’t allow us to get too close unless the whales cone to us but we saw them quite easily and they put on a performance , diving and breaching. The tour itself was great with a marine biologist on board (Sasha) who provided good information and answered our questions. There were plenty of snacks offered and the crew were very friendly (Claudia, Sasha and the skipper, Michael). We were lucky to have smooth waters which was great for my sea sick wife. The only feedback I would give the company is to update their brochures and information on trip advisor. First there is no amphibian vehicle to take you to the boat without getting your feet wet. You go up to just below your knees. There is no free soda or soft drinks. You do have to pay for it like you do the alcohol. Not sure about sofa beds to watch whales but the seats were comfortable and who can sit watching these amazing mammals. Other than this it was without fault.

5.00An enjoyable experience great to see the whales and their babies. The on board Marine Biologist was informative. Captain took us straight to where the whales were. Watching the whales play was fantastic and hearing their songs on the hydrophone was very interesting.

5.00Absolute wonderful afternoon whale tour. Amazing antics from a baby whale practicing many breaches while Mumma whale cruised alongside. Amazing sight. Full marks to AOC staff Michael, Kat & Claudia who kept us informed with many interesting marine facts. The whole afternoon with them was relaxed and dare I say exciting seeing these huge mammals making their way south.

5.00Absolute Ocean Charters were fabulous, very professional. We were privileged to see over 12 whales including a mother and calf. A whale breached, several were within 20 metres and one whale swam just under the surface along both sides of the boat. It was an awesome day! Thank you so much for such and unforgettable experience.
