5.00We’ve been kayaking for quite a long time, but this is kayaking at a whole other level! You’re able to see lots of sea life (they supply a net to catch your finds). Then our knowledgeable tour guide Dan puts your finds in a clear lighted bucket, then at the end of the trip he explained each creature in detail. Dan was very personable and made us feel at home on the water in the dark. I would recommend wearing swimming attire, because with any kayaking, if you’re not careful water runs down the paddle onto your shorts. Next time I’m bringing a towel and a headlight flashlight.

5.0010/10 would recommend. 1st, I am scared of the dark. 2nd, I’ve never been in a kayak. This tour was amazing! Dan & Pat had one goal- to give you the tour you were looking forward to! The beach meeting spot is easy to get to and has ample free parking. I was worried about getting into the kayak- no worries at all, water is ankle deep and the wonderful guides will pull you deeper after you get in the kayak! Life jackets provided, optional to wear. Dan gave a great pre-trip talk and his dad jokes actually hit- our teens laughed! As we paddled along the guides were eager to hear what you were observing and they even provide a small net in every kayak to collect your finds. As we paddled along I’d yell out what I saw & Pat would tell me what it was that I saw, for example needle fish and sheepshead! We even took a quiet path down a residential canal where Pat had seen 12 manatee earlier that day!! This evening we saw many sting rays, horseshoe crab, blue crabs, so many starfish, other fish, and had a glorious time out on the water! These guides truly have your best trip as their priority. I was scared before the trip, then I didn’t want it to end & look forward to doing it again! We ended with some education and a chance to hold a blue crab! Thanks Dan & Pat!!
